Set in delightful grounds of just over 3 acres, the property offers the seclusion of the country, for those wanting to get away from it all - yet is only 3 miles from the 'Blue Flag' beach at Woolacombe with its outstanding sandy expanse. The beach extends to some 3 miles and connects to Putsborough. We are also within easy reach of the beaches at Mortehoe, Croyde.

Country Retreat!

  • 5 of 5

A typical farm life experience! We stayed in Honeysuckle Cottage (there were 6 adults and 4 children) and we all had plenty of space. The children absolutely loved the animals and helping Jim and Jane with them, especially the collecting of the eggs! Very rural and if you like peace and quiet, this is the place, although some may not like the chickens if they start early in the morning it didn't bother us at all. Jim and Jane are a delightful couple, very welcoming and friendly and you immediately feel like you've known them for a lifetime. We certainly will be returning sometime in the future, in fact, our son has already booked to go back in May 2018!
