4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with Spectacular Sea Views And Just A Minutes Walk From The Picturesque Craster Harbour.

Rock Ville is located on the south side of Craster with direct access to the sea shore from the garden. Relax in the large sun room overlooking the large enclosed garden and sea watching for ships, seals, dolphins and sea birds. There is always something to watch whether beautifully calm or dramatically stormy. All bedrooms are upstairs with the kingsize double and twin bedrooms having wonderful sea views.

About Michael and Fyona Robson

We have been providing self catering accommodation in Craster for over 25 years. We live in the village with our two golden retrievers. Michael ,being a Craster local, has an extensive knowledge of the area.

Rock Ville is in the picturesque village of Craster on the Northumberland heritage coast in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Rock Ville was built by the owner's grandfather and is the home he grew up in.

The surrounding countryside offers delightful market towns and villages, beautiful sandy beaches, many ancient castles and churches and the wild countryside of the Coquet Valley, Simonside and Cheviot Hills.There are abundant opportunities for birdwatchers, walkers, cyclists and golfers.

Within the village there is a pub serving food, tearoom, art gallery, fish restaurant and wet fish shop.

Sea angling trips depart from the harbour.

What makes this house unique

Rock ville is just a minutes walk from the harbour and the centre of the village. Relax in the sunroom with its panoramic uninterrupted views and admire the sea. Wander through the garden gate and explore the rock pools when the tide is out.

Watch the sunrise or the moonshine across the sea from your bed in the double or twin rooms. Sit by a cosy multi fuel burning stove and look at a dramitic stormy sea. There is always something to watch.

£150 deposit per week due upon booking with balance amount due 8 weeks before arrival date.
Reduced occupancy rate for up to 4 persons during certain periods. Visit website for further details.
In the event of a cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit/administration fee will be refunded only if we are able to subsequently re-let the cancelled period. Any cancellation made within 8 weeks of the arrival date will result in the total loss of the full amount of the booking unless the cancelled period, as above, can be re-let. Any discounts made to facilitate the re-letting will be retained from any refunded amounts.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is a Friday for weekly bookings. Short break during less busy periods are Friday and Monday but we may be able to change this. Access is from 4pm on day of arrival but unfortunately guests must leave by 10am on day of departure.

Prices above are for full occupancy 5/6 persons.
Special offers. Only one offer can apply to each holiday and to full weeks only.
* £30 off a second week on bookings of two weeks taken at any time of year.
*£10 off if there are any seniors (over 65) in your party.
*Reduced rate during certain periods for up to 4 persons except peak periods.
