Sandrit is a well presented house with superb views of the coast line beach and sea. It is located above the Tristram car park and only a short walk to the shops in Polzeath and the beach. Quietly located in a private development of houses. The house is well equipped for a fantastic surfing holiday with the attractions of both Rock and Padsow close by offering water skiing and sailing and great restaurants including Rick Stein's and Jason Outlaw

About the Owner

We have owned our house in Polzeath for the last 10 years and we holiday in the house every year with our family. It is furnished for our own use and decorated with my wife's paintings. It is in our opinion more than just a holiday home

Beautiful and clean with amazing views, all described is accurate and photos are as seen the owners do use it themselves regularly, it is in a quiet residential part of polzeath and a short walk to the beach, village and coastal paths. mobile phone signals like most of Cornwall is patchy, the added bonus of wfi also was a nice surprise the garden is lovely very long and the added bonus of cold water tap/shower head outside and use of the garage is great and a drive way for parking a couple of cars.

The only negative I could say is the lack of wardrobes, only one small wardrobe for the 3 bedrooms upstairs but there is a chest of draws in every room and we could not find a iron but wasn't to bothered as had packed a travel one. I would fully recommend this property it is very light clean an in a excellent location and good communication from the owner.
