Plymouth via Torpoint Ferry is only 6 miles. Small pleasure boat with return trips from Cawsand village and beach (4 miles away) landing at famous Plymouth Hoe and Barbican- with Plymouth city shops immediately behind. Other nearby attractions such as National Trust Anthony house and grounds. The bungalow is situated on a rural coastal road, only a few hundred yards from the nearly 3 miles of glorious sandy beaches known as Whitsand Bay. The bungalow has almost unsurpassed and stunning views over the beach and sea, from lounge, conservatory and front patio/barbecue area (with seating). Leading from the bungalow is a gentle and staggered cliff walk down to the beach (under 10 minutes, should be suitable for most children), passing pretty holiday chalets which dot the pathway.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 1 small double bed (4ft 6 ins) & 1 single pull out mattress. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed and 1 single pull out mattress. Maximum of 6 people. Lounge/diner with T.V. & DVD. Free WI-FI Internet. Glass sun conservatory overlooking beach and sea. A front decked patio area again with stunning beach and sea views. Kitchen with electric cooker, hob unit, microwave & washing machine. Fridge/freezer.
