Small dog only friendly, Karndean floor throughout, clean bright and modern apartment, 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 single) so sleeps 3. Bright conservatory, off road parking for 2 cars.

Notes on accommodation: Ideal for couples. No Smoking Off road Parking for 2 cars. Well behaved Pets accepted - extra charge £20/wk Outside: Raised Decking area with table and 2 chairs. Also the private front garden includes additional seating area a table & 2 chairs on patio by lawn, with parasol. We do expect apartment to be left as found ie floor swept & hoovered, x2 Gtech cordless hoovers in apartment. Towels and linen included, but not beach towels. Property cleaned and towels and linen changed after every letting. If staying more than 1 week extra towels & linen supplied.

A 30% deposit is required to secure booking, the balance 2 months before arrival, a security deposit of £150 required 1 week before arrival, which will be returned after your holiday once property has been checked over.
