Apartment in Benahavis, Costa del Sol, Spain - Golf Sun Sea And Lovely People

2,500 sq feet apartment 165 m internal 65 m terraces.

2nd floor apartment - 8 apartments in the building. Lift directly from basement car park to apartment door- sharing lift with only 8 apartments. Very spacious open plan apartment. All marble matching floors; heated in all bathrooms. None of the terraces or rooms are overlooked by other apartments- it's very private. Many areas to sit and relax. A great deal of thought, effort, and investment was placed into making this apartment a really lovely place to holiday. We wanted to make sure people could walk in with as few details as required yet make sure they were on site- music internet hair dryers beach towels etc. all being available. The main terrace has lots of sun in the afternoons, there are loungers, umbrellas, sofa areas, and dining area. All very private yet everything is local- beach dining golf shopping etc. The grounds and views are stunning. Main pool and an indoor heated pool. Various small pools dotted around the estate- nearest to apartment 60 metres away. 24 hour security + on call from apartment.

Married. 2 grown up children. Now living and working in Hong Kong. Left UK in 2000 travelled and lived in South America and Singapore currently based in Hong Kong. Wife's first language is Spanish. We were looking for a long term base for ourselves and we decided having made various trips and knowing the costa del sol from many previous visits to the region that our ideal would be to purchase in the Marbella area. I spent several months in the apartment Oct 2012 - Jan 2013 and it was utter joy to be there. We are delighted with our decision to buy. The estate, people, apartment is everything we wanted.

Beautiful apartment, peaceful setting within lovely complex

A wonderful apartment, very clean and well presented. The outdoor area is fantastic, we enjoyed many evenings watching the sun go down and dining outdoors. The complex is set within a beautiful golf setting which is very well kept, with friendly staff on site happy to help.

The apartment really has everything you need and we struggled to venture too far from the setting. Great, relaxing holiday! We hope to visit again soon 😄򑀊

Beautiful apartment with stunning grounds & views

We returned for the second time to this beautiful apartment with lovely views of the golf course & mountains ! The complex has beautiful grounds & pool witH a peaceful atmosphere & is never crowded l ! It is a relaxing location for a restful holiday with Benehavis only 10 minutes away by car or taxi & a local supermarket for provisions.

We are looking forward to our 3rd visit this year. I would certainly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing peaceful holiday .

Location

We knew where we wanted to buy as an area but it was difficult to cover all expectations within the budget. We overcame that by doubling the budget :) We made a few trips (I know the area well and holidayed on the Costa del Sol many times). The moment I drove down the San Pedro - Benahavis road and saw the complex I was knocked out by its beauty it really is spectacular. Very accessible to Estapona San pedro Marbella and Malaga airport. The estate was built with love and huge attention to detail. The architect bought an apartment and now lives there. I hope people will agree that we complimented this with our furnishing. The gardens of the estate are gorgeous. It is like an island within the grounds of a stunning golf course. There are a number of swimming pools in the grounds. There is a smaller pool more private very close to the apartment and a main pool 2 minutes walk away. Very local yet peaceful. Beaches are only a few minutes away. The apartment is not overlooked in any way and is very private tucked down in a corner of the estate. There is a huge terrace which I defy anyone else to come up with a more frontline golf position. The view is of three holes and one green is directly below the terrace.
