This beautiful 3 bedroomed detached Villa is situated in a lovely quiet urbanisation. The villa has 1 large balcony and 1 large terrace, equipped with table and chairs for outside dining. In the delightful garden you’ll find the private pool (8m x 4m), complete with sun loungers and parasols and a stylish pergoda, perfect for providing some shade and the essential barbecue. Air conditioning (both hot & cold) throughout. Fully equipped kitchen and private parking. Also provided at the villa, DVD's, CD's, books, games, hair dryer, cot, bikes, safe, picnic basket and cool box. Guest also have use of 2 communal pools within the urbanisation.

Fabulous villa with everything you need

We are a family of 2 adults and four kids aged 16, 13, 5 and 1 from Ireland. We stayed for 11 nights in aug 2016. The is a fabulous villa for a family holiday with everything you need loads of room in the villa 3 spacious bedrooms and a pullout couch in the sitting room, air con through out. Wifi which the teenagers really appreciated. Irish and English TV channels, loads of shade outside for sitting out and a lovely private swimming pool. It's in a gated community also. The beach is about a 15 minute drive in guadamar which is a lovely town with markets and a funfair every night. Ciudad quesada is about a mile away with restaurants and supermarkets. We hope to stay in the villa again, Aidan and Marie

Travel:

You can fly into either Alicante or Murcia airport, which are approx. 35mins & 30mins respectively to the property.

To get the most from your holiday Car Hire is essential, however, transfers to and from the airport can be arranged for you.

Further Details:

The Villa is situated on Lo Crispin Urbanisation, a few minutes drive from Quesada, with it’s selection of shops, banks, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and pharmacy. There are also two tavernas now opened on the urbanisation, both serving food.

The lovely Blue Flag beach of Guardamar is 17km long and is located about 8mins drive from the Villa, and the larger town of Torrieveja with its many shops, bars & restaurants is less than 15mins by car.

The two Salt Lakes of Laguna de la Mata & the Salinas de San Miguel are nearby, home to a host of wildlife, including large flocks of Flamingos.
