Farmhouse Near Boscastle, Cornwall,- Country Setting, beach 5 miles

Great Trevillian, a nicely furnished semi-detached farmhouse situated 6 miles from Boscastle fishing village, North Cornwall. A large character farmhouse 5 miles from Crackington Haven sandy beach & 7 miles to Widemouth Bay sandy surfing beaches. A traditional character farm setting with good sized enclosed lawn; also other garden area. Barbecue. Beautiful country views from all bedrooms. The farmhouse is situated in rural countryside on a side lane, on a 210 acre sheep and cattle farm. There are plenty of fields & areas for children to roam. Ideal for holidaymakers who want the peace and quiet of the countryside but yet be in easy reach of beaches & the scenic coastline. A picturesque walk is to take the lane leading from the farmhouse (impassable to cars) down to the ford & tiny stream. River walks, elevated wooded areas and a secluded good size farm lake 100 yards long where you can enjoy coarse fishing for no charge) fed by the stream.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has 1 double bed & 1 single fold-up chair bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed & an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed & 1 single bed. Large kitchen/diner with beamed ceiling, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Lounge with T.V., DVD player & bench window seats (soft seating for 10 in lounge). Upstairs bathroom with bath & w.c. Downstairs shower room with shower & w.c.

2 cots. Bed linen and central heating inclusive. Coal fire in lounge. £1 electric meter.

1 dog welcome. Plenty of off the road adjacent parking for 3 or more cars.

Great holiday

we stayed at great trevillian for 10 days last month and had a fabulous time. the house itself had everything we needed and plenty of space for us all....two couples, grandad and a 3 year old!! On a quiet country road was very peaceful. Playarea was great for my son he loved it and the lambs, pig and puppy were a great addition for him! The fishing lake was very much appreciated by the boys, they lost hours down there and had some quite good catches to. Its a great base for exploring the surrounding areas.
