'Silvercrest Bungalow' is a lovely semi-detached dormer bungalow 8 miles from Watergate Bay and Newquay with St Austell on the opposite coast being 12 miles. The bungalow is set in tiny Fraddon village, just a few minutes walk over to the Port & Starboard Restaurant (also outside seating, does takeaways), a Chinese takeaway & restaurant, with the Blue Anchor pub at Indian Queens (food) less than a mile distant. A great central location for exploring Cornwall & easy reach of the Eden Project. 'Silvercrest Bungalow' is near the centre of the village on a residential street. At the front of the bungalow is an enclosed and attractive front garden with flowers and shrubs and the lawn area has a garden bench. There is also a rear garden with lawn.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 (downstairs) has 1 single bed. Good size lounge with T.V., DVD & Video. Free internet (bring own laptop). Kitchen/diner with breakfast table, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Upstairs shower room with shower, washbasin & toilet. Downstairs shower room with shower, washbasin & toilet.

Linen inclusive. Electric inclusive. Central heating available if required at £13 per week, payable upon arrival.Free internet (bring own laptop).

There is parking in driveway for 2 cars. No pets.

Silvercrest bungalow is in the charming village of Fraddon where there is an easy walk to pub, restaurant etc. St Columb Major historic town with pubs and restaurants are a few miles and Indian Queens with eating places 2 miles. A central position for exploring Cornwall but with both coasts within easy reach. St Austell is 12 miles.

The bungalow enjoys a pleasant village setting and is conveniently a few minutes walk over to the Port & Starboard Restaurant which also does takeaways, a Chinese restaurant also with a takeaway service. At Indian queens, 1 mile away, is the Blue Anchor pub (a good restaurant with a beer garden) in the adjoining village of Indian Queens. For a local, larger town, visit St Columb Major just a few miles away, which boasts banks, cafes, pubs and shops, also having a free car park.
