Cottage in Camelford, Nr. Tintagel, Cornwall, England - Quiet Position On Edge Of Camelford Town-can Walk Into Shops, Banks, Cafes, Pubs.

Beech Cottage is situated on the outskirts of the small town of Camelford, North Cornwall. Only 5 miles to the good sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand and under 6 miles to Boscastle and Tintagel. Just a 3 minutes stroll into the towns shops and eating places. The cottage was converted from a barn during 2007 and the owners have taken great care in providing higher standard and very comfortable accommodation, whist retaining character features such as exposed beams. It is in the attractive grounds of the owners small bed and breakfast house and Beech Cottage has its own small pretty garden area (garden furniture). Beech cottage is first floor accommodation, there being a second cottage on the ground floor below. Own outside entrance, access being by a small number of external steps. Camelford is a pleasant surprise to visitors with its interesting and varied shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Separate walk in wardrobe room. Entrance hallway. Open plan living area. Lounge area with T.V., Freeview & video. Kitchen area with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Shower room with shower, washbasin & toilet. Free use of laundry room in owners grounds washing machine & tumble dryer).

Linen and electric inclusive. Thermostat controlled central heating inclusive.

Parking space adjacent to cottage. No pets.
