This very attractive old granary has been painstakingly converted into a very high standard holiday home in the grounds of the owners ancient farmhouse. The whole ground floor is one cleverly designed open plan living space which the whole family will enjoy. The Cinque Port of Hythe with its wide promenade and long beach is only a few miles away, the children will love Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and shopaholics will be in heaven at the nearby Mcarthurglen designer outlet! For the energetic there is a tennis court next to the granary which the owners are happy for guests to use. The granary is also in a very convenient location with great transport links - Ashford International station is only five miles for fast trains to London and Paris plus the ferry ports of Folkestone and Dover are an easy drive.

Mr & Mrs Missing haved lived in the main Farm House property for 8 years we have just converted the property which we now are renting out as a Holiday let and been given 4 star grading by Visit England. We hope to give people a pleasnt and comfortable stay at the Granary.

Lovely cottage in lovely surrounding

We stayed with our two boys a week in Waterfarm Cottage and had a great time. The cottage is nicely decorated which makes it nice to sit in, but a nice terrace makes it just as nice to sit outside. The beds are great! So we slept very well.

We hope to go back one day as there is so much to see and do in the area and it is easy to go to London by train (from Ashford).

Great property

Lovely property, finished to a high standard. Great water pressure and fast WiFi. Our toddler loved saying hi to the animals on the farm, and meeting the piglets and lambs. Really beautiful wooden beams throughout, and a lovely welcome package on arrival . Exactly as pictured.

Very nice cottage in a central location

The Cottage was very clean and well equipped (we only missed a salad bowl ;-)), we had a welcome homebaked cake. It is very centrally located, the Ashford outlet is just around the corner and Rye and Camber Sands are also reachable within 30 minutes. A big Tesco store is also very close. We only stayed for three nights but everything was perfect for us. Our daughter loved to visit the small piglets and the cats and we also found a playground for her in the village. We would definitely come back.

Lovely restored Granary

We had a lovely stay at The Granary. Sue was really welcoming and helpful and even leant us a booster seat for our one year old when we visited relatives for lunch in Canterbury. Our little girls loved seeing the piglets on the farm and the accommodation was really well equipped and tastefully restored. It was great to have a washing machine so that we didn't go home to a backlog of washing! A great location for visiting East Kent.

Excellent Accommodation

The best self catering place I have ever stayed in. The Granary was tastefully furnished, clean and you immediately felt at home. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook if required. The crockery was first class and there was a lovely home made cake on arrival and eggs from the owners chickens! Would unreservedly recommend The Granary. Couldn't find anything to fault. Hope to go back in the future. Very friendly, helpful owners. I really enjoyed my stay there.
