A pretty, high standard end terraced renovated 17th century character cottage in the Nat Trust beauty spot of Lansallos, 2 1/2 miles from Polperro and 7 miles from Looe, South Cornwall. The cottage has been tastefully modernised with care taken to retain its original character. Exposed beams, a window seat in the lounge/diner and other original features have been retained. A fantastic setting for walkers and lovers of the countryside; walk 80 yards from the cottage, past the 15th cent church and you will be at the start of a 15 minutes footpath walk down through the fields and wooded areas to sandy Lansallos beach and the small waterfall which cascades onto the beach. Enjoy the miles of coastal walks along this stunning stretch of National Trust coastline all the way to Polperro (3 miles)and onwards to Looe; Polruan and beyond. Lansallos village is a quiet village of just a small collection of old houses, an extremely picturesque country setting.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & T.V. No babies please. The impressive en-suite bathroom has a bath, overhead shower,heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin. Lounge/diner with T.V. and feature window seat. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave & fridge.

Night storage heaters and electric inclusive.

Dedicated off the road parking space 50 yards away at end of the terrace (4 cottages). No pets.

Lovely cottage and gardens. Gorgeous quiet spot just the cottages and church. Walk to beach 20 mins and is a steep climb on the way back but worth it. Lovely beach and base to visit Cornwall. Lovely power shower. Nearest shop 3.5 miles so cottage would benefit from decent sized fridge freezer. We will return for definite! Wish they were rented for Christmas
