Trebarwith Strand good beach 3 miles & favourite Polzeath beach 10 miles. Beautiful coastal walks along the rugged North Cornwall coastline. This lovely old cottage is a short stroll to the Poldark Inn (food)and afterwards take the footpath leading from the Inn to Trebarwith Strand sandy beach (probably under 2 miles from the Inn) the sea and coastal walks - or walk along the coast in the opposite direction to Port Isaac. The cottage is also a stroll to The Workmans Inn (food) and the village General Stores. A few minutes stroll to Ferndale farm coarse fishing lakes. The village has a large park with swings etc. Good size rear enclosed lawn visible in photo.Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. No suitable room in bedrooms for a cot. Lounge with Flat Screen T.V. & open fire. Dining room with open fire. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave & fridge/freezer. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower.

Electric inclusive. Night storage heaters in all bedrooms, lounge & dining room, available individually at £5 per heater per week each, if required, payable upon arrival. Coal fire in lounge & dining room (logs & coal from village garage). Woodburner in kitchen. Electric fire in lounge.

Own adjacent parking space for 2 cars. No pets. There is a £40 returnable deposit payable at the same time as the final payment.
