‘Parkside’, a detached modernised 1930’s bungalow in the small family beach resort of Perranporth, Cornwall. Exactly 6 minutes walk to the excellent surfing beach, a large beach with 2 miles of golden sands. A 5 minute walk to the towns restaurants, cafes, Inns and shops, bordering the beach. 5 miles to St Agnes & 6 miles to Newquay.The bungalow is 1 of 5 in a quieter cul-de-sac lane a short walk from the large park (tennis courts, grass areas, goal posts, children’s swings etc). Attractive views from garden, lounge and bedroom 1 over Perranporth and the surrounding countryside. Perranporth offers a quieter alternative to the busier resort of Newquay. Good size front lawn. Front patio with seating to enjoy the views.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & TV. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Lounge/diner with T.V. & video and open fire. Kitchen with electric cooker, electric hob unit, microwave & fridge. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Separate toilet.

Linen inclusive. £1 electric meter. Coal fire in lounge (Oct. to April - fuel at cost) and also electric heating. Thermostat controlled electric wall heater in bedroom 1 and also electric heaters in the other bedrooms.

Own off the road front parking bay for 2 cars. No pets.

second time at this bungalow, every thing you need is there, for a quiet holiday, plenty of room for a family, just of the main thoroughfare on its own, yet near enough to walk to shops,pubs etc. only drawbacks are not much garden at rear of property, plus cul.de.sac could do with tarmac re doing.other than that, we will return again,hopefully 2016.

We have spent a number of holidays in a caravan at Perranporth, but this year we decided to rent a bungalow, and were so glad we did.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll down a not-too-steep hill, into Perranporth itself, with its host of pubs, cafes and restaurants, all providing excellent food and drink. I especially recommend the fish and chip shop on the main street, the food is perfect!

The bungalow itself was very reasonably priced for 4 adults, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There may not be a Jacuzzi or hot tub, but who needs them? It provided us with a comfortable, clean base from which to enjoy our holiday, and lovely clean beds to fall in to at the end of the day.

Perranporth beach is the perfect spot to enjoy a spot of surfing, a stroll in the early morning sunshine, or just to sit back and relax on, and all this just a short stroll from the bungalow.

I would heartily recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice, relaxing holiday, in comfortable, reasonably-priced accommodation.

All being well, we will be back again next year, and hopefully in the same accommodation.
