This holiday home has a terrace and garden with BBQ and a gated communal pool is situated 30 metres behind the property. Walking distance to a comprehensive and vibrant commercial centre, with a vast selection of bars and restaurants. Why Peter Wiltcher chose Orihuela

I felt this property location ticked all the boxes, close to a golf course, although I don't play I still enjoy the unspoilt scenery and walks it affords plus an excellent club house. With, at the time of buying having 2 young children the communal pool was a great place for them to meet other children and its security means you can relax in the knowledge they are safe. Beaches are a 5 minute drive with lots of water activities and not forgetting the beach bars which on certain days stay open into the twilight hours. The Commercial Centre 'La Fuente' is an easy 15 minute walk with a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops has been built since I originally purchased the property. Not forgetting the new 'La Zenia boulevard now in its third successful year is an added bonus with well known brands shops, restaurants, bowling and a casino. All in all a great place to do as much or as little to suit yourselves.

Beautiful apartment in Las Ramblas

Beautiful apartment. Large and bright rooms. Two spacious bathrooms. Large lounge where you can have a meal at the table. To this a wide terrace with comfortable furniture, where we spent pleasant time in the evening. The private swimming pool is a great way to entertain adults and kids. The quiet district gives you a break from the crowds. I recommend the apartment. It is worth spending time there.
