Boscote Cottage offers high quality, self-catering holiday accommodation for up to four people in the heart of Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of this wonderful town. The Royal Shakespeare Theatres and town based Shakespearean historic houses are all walking distance from the cottage. There is also a rich selection of restaurants, pubs and cafés. Situated in a very attractive, peaceful area of the town, the cottage is part of a pretty terrace of Victorian cottages. It is furnished to a very high standard and comfortably sleeps four people in the large twin (or super king double) bedroom, single bedroom, and lounge with single sofa bed. With traditional flag-stone flooring, cosy rugs and open hearth the lounge is comfortably furnished and tastefully styled. BT Infinity Broadband and digital TV are provided in the cottage. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a pretty patio garden with BBQ, table and chairs.

Notes on accommodation: Parking is available for one car in designated areas on Mulberry Street, Great William Street and Shakespeare Street, with a visitor's parking permit which is provided during your stay free of charge. Available for short breaks at certain times of year upon request. Please note : the cottage has a fairly steep staircase with hand rail. A welcome pack is provided for each self-catering break. Tea and coffee are provided in the cottage. One well-behaved pet is accepted at a charge of £15 per week. Outside: Outside, Boscote Cottage has a pretty courtyard garden complete with garden furniture and barbecue. It is a wonderful sun trap and allows you the opportunity to relax with a glass of wine in a secluded setting. Utility Room: Small conservatory leading off from kitchen with washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, coat hangers and Victorian plate rack. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. If staying for longer than two weeks an additional set of towels and bed linen will be provided. Other: There is a very pretty outside terrace with table and chairs, BBQ and deck chairs. It is a lovely sun-trap and perfect place to relax during the day with a chilled glass of wine!

A nice centrally located cottage which has everything you need for a short stay. Parking a bit hit and miss, we didn't move the car for the whole week as everything within walking distance and good public transport. Dog friendly and there are plenty of nice walks along the riverside. Would recommend and hope to revisit in the future.
