This beautiful two bedroom holiday rental is located on Marsham Street in Westminster, minutes from Westminster tube station. The apartment sits in the heart of London and is within walking distance to all the major attractions including Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, London Eye and Buckingham Palace, as well as having a wealth of restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

Local tube stations include Westminster on the Circle line with easy access to Heathrow terminals 1,2 & 3 in around 60 minutes and to St Pancras International, the London terminus of Eurostar in less than 20 minutes.

This beautiful and modern apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern conversion in the heart of Westminster. It is the perfect base for couples or family holidays to London.

Entering from Marsham Street, the apartment building offers a spacious entrance hall. There is a lift up to the property. Entering the apartment itself, there is a long entrance hall.The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with two sofas comfortable seating five or more people as well as a dining table which seats 6. The large window, which reaches down to the floor gives the room a very light and airy feel whilst allowing you to see the hustle and bustle below. The space focuses on relaxation and there is a TV with cable for you to watch as well as BT WiFi.

The rest of the room is dedicated to the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fitted out with all the latest equipment. Appliances include a Siemens hob, as well as dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Please see the facilities list below for more information. To cook with, there is a built in microwave and oven for preparing quick meals or long lazy lunches made with produce from the area’s great markets.

Returning to the hallway, we next come to the twin bedroom with two single beds (sleeping two guests). The room has two very comfortable beds and a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes for your stay.

The master bedroom features an American Queen size bed (sleeping two guests). The rest of the room includes a large fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and a casual chair. Both bedrooms are fitted and decorated to the highest standards, featuring fabulously comfy bedding, cotton sheets and gorgeously fluffy towels.

Finally we come to the bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and newly refurbished, fitted with a shower over bath, sink and WC. There is a cupboard and drawers to store all your cleaning and beauty products. We also provide all your luxury bathroom products (including handwash lotion, bath & shower gel) from the specialists at Dove.

Beautiful Flat Close to Major Attractions

We stayed at this flat for a girls vacation. We visited Rome, Paris and London for 2 weeks. We were so happy to stay at this amazing flat. The mocal grocery store is less than a block away as well as a few restaurants for quick take away or a small bite to eat. The building and area was extremely safe. We were a 10 minute walk away from Westminster Abbey. The beds were confortable. The flat was clean and had all the comforts of home! We are American so we were not used to the types of washer/dryer combos they have in this flat. It never seemed to dry our clothes so we had to hang things to dry. Just keep that in mind if you are planning on washing your clothes there. We had an amazing time and the flat made that even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Excellent location to explore London.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location....close enough to walk to everything and still a quiet area. The property arranged a driver, Bill, for us to/from Heathrow. Bill, was courteous, prompt and informative. Great stay!

I just returned from a week long stay at this Westminster gem. It was perfect for my family of four with two teens. No issues with anything in the unit and Heritage Apartment Rentals was great to worlk with. You can't beat this location. Parliment and the Abby are less than a 10 minute walk and the bus stop is literally in front of your door to take you anywhere in the city (get the Oyster Pass and use City Mapper App). Grocery store is a block away. The only thing missing from the location is that restaurants nearby are scarce in the evening because you are among many government office buildings. Plenty of coffee shops for the morning, but you might want to eat dinner before coming back. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location and confort

We were a family of four, it is a well located apartment, juts blocks away of Westminster.

There are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby and a underground station.

It is a very confortable property with all you need.

No problem with checking in or out.
