This beautiful two bedroom holiday rental is located on Marsham Street in Westminster, minutes from Westminster tube station. The apartment sits in the heart of London and is within walking distance to all the major attractions including Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, London Eye and Buckingham Palace, as well as having a wealth of restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

Local tube stations include Westminster on the Circle line with easy access to Heathrow terminals 1,2 & 3 in around 60 minutes and to St Pancras International, the London terminus of Eurostar in less than 20 minutes.

This beautiful and modern apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern conversion in the heart of Westminster. It is the perfect base for couples or family holidays to London.

Entering from Marsham Street, the apartment building offers a spacious entrance hall. There is a lift up to the property. Entering the apartment itself, there is a long entrance hall.The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with two sofas comfortable seating five or more people as well as a dining table which seats 6. The large window, which reaches down to the floor gives the room a very light and airy feel whilst allowing you to see the hustle and bustle below. The space focuses on relaxation and there is a TV with cable for you to watch as well as BT WiFi.

The rest of the room is dedicated to the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fitted out with all the latest equipment. Appliances include a Siemens hob, as well as dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Please see the facilities list below for more information. To cook with, there is a built in microwave and oven for preparing quick meals or long lazy lunches made with produce from the area’s great markets.

Returning to the hallway, we next come to the twin bedroom with two single beds (sleeping two guests). The room has two very comfortable beds and a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes for your stay.

The master bedroom features an American Queen size bed (sleeping two guests). The rest of the room includes a large fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and a casual chair. Both bedrooms are fitted and decorated to the highest standards, featuring fabulously comfy bedding, cotton sheets and gorgeously fluffy towels.

Finally we come to the bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and newly refurbished, fitted with a shower over bath, sink and WC. There is a cupboard and drawers to store all your cleaning and beauty products. We also provide all your luxury bathroom products (including handwash lotion, bath & shower gel) from the specialists at Dove.

Excellent location and confort

We were a family of four, it is a well located apartment, juts blocks away of Westminster.

There are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby and a underground station.

It is a very confortable property with all you need.

No problem with checking in or out.

The apartment was great & in a very central location. Bus stop right outside door had good connections to other buses/underground. Had a few little issues with heat & stove but Karen was very responsive-even on Christmas Day!! Would definitely recommend & stay there again!!

Great location, comfortable home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My parents had one room and my cousin and I shared the other. The living area was really great, bathroom was nice, and beds were comfortable and clean! Lots of closet space, too.

The location was fantastic- within 15 minutes walk to Westminster, with a grocery store a block away, and several pubs and other restaurants nearby!

One thing to note- there is a washer/dryer unit (which works great!), but it is a combo unit, so washing and drying a single load will take a few hours.

My only complaint (as a makeup lover sharing the bathroom with three other adults) is I wish there was another mirror in the extra bedroom. :o)

Great location!

We really appreciated the location of this apartment -- close to a lot of highlights like Westminster Abbey, but also quiet at night. Having lived in NYC, we didn't expect something this central to be this quiet honestly! We were four adults and spent 4 nights at this location.

We took advantage of the several coffee shops and the Pret a Manger around the corner to bring up early morning pastries and save some time and money that way. It's easy to get to the tube stations and Uber is also super convenient to go farther afield if needed.

Beds are comfortable and apartment is lovely. We traveled with 2 adult children and the second bedroom is a little tight but totally doable. Again, it's city living so we were used to that. Kitchen is totally fitted with all you need and living room area is comfortable. But if you have decent weather you'll be out and about anyway! Check in and check out was super smooth, and it was a total win for us.

Excellent family vacation experience

This apartment is ideal for a family vacation in UK. Location is a walking distance (with 3 small kids!) to many major attractions as well as two tube stations for anything further afield. Supermarkets and restaurants are within two block radius. Management is exceptionally helpful and prompt with responses to any queries we had.
