This beautiful spacious 1 bedroom apt ,which can sleep four people is situated in a lovely quiet part of town,yet is only a 5 min walk from the most beautiful beach and from the town that has plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The balcony has a built in BBQ. The apt gets the sun in the afternoon.

There is a private swimming pool in the garden and sun loungers are provided. It is a 5 min walk from beautiful beaches and the town centre that has lovely restaurants, bars and shops.

We enjoy long walks on the miles of sandy beach, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment as well as exploring other nearby towns such as Alvor and Praia da Rocha.

We also enjoy playing golf on the beautiful golf courses surrounding Armacao.

The younger people can go clubbing at night in nearby Albufeira.

What makes this apartment unique

The location is quiet even though it is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the facilities required.

There is a beautiful large swimming pool in the garden with sun loungers provided.

There are a number of excellent restaurants and cafes very close to the apartment.

The swimming pool is situated in the garden and has showers and WC. Sun loungers are provided. Beautiful quiet location yet only minutes walk from beach, restaurants, bars coffee shops and supermarkets. Outside: The balcony has a built in BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is a large shared swimming pool in garden with sun loungers provided. Utility Room: There is no utility room, but an ironing board and clothes airer are provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, and key will be given to you on arrival.

A lovely stay

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this apartment. It was spacious, well maintained, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was also a bonus and seemed to be well maintained while we were there. The owners Mary and Michael, whom we met while there, were very helpful and gave us some information on places to visit, eat etc.

The apartment is very handy for all amenities, local market and lovely beaches whilst being away from any late night noise.

Although a car isn't necccesary, we hired one while there to see the coast and take a trip into the mountains. It really is a beautiful area. The owners are happy to advise on reliable locals who will offer transfers to and from the resort for you should you not wish to hire a car.

Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Local restaurants are great and reasonably priced too. Food is delicious with something for everyone.

I would thoroughly recommend the area and apartment to anyone.

Summer time

The apartment is very clean, attractive, well maintained and equipped with a lovely view over the hills. Even in the July 35 degree day time heat, we never put on the air conditioning as the apartment is north facing and does not over heat. Out of 10 days there, I stayed 5 days there alone and felt very safe walking home at night. Also the complex is very quiet at night so we slept very well. I would really recommend Mary and Michael's apartment .

All you could wish for home away from home!

A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing 10 night holiday. Having stayed in this area before, we were delighted to find this fantastic apartment and the lovely Mary who kindly allowed us to stay. Everything we needed we had in the apartment, including a cute little outside balcony which overlooked a private pool set in it's own gardens. The beach, bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, which meant you could explore the town at your leisure without the need for a car.

All in all a wonderful apartment and a joy to stay in. Will definitely be booking again!

Lovely Relaxing Break ideal location

This apartment is immaculate throughout which is a credit to Mary the owner she provides a very comfortable stay and had thought of everything a visitor may need.

Everything you may need locally for your holiday is to hand the beach and local amenities all within close walking distance

I cant recomnend highly enough how ideal a holiday here is and we will return hopefully soon, well done Mary love the place

A relaxing holiday in Armacoa dde Peradve

Our holiday was relaxing from the moment we arrived at Faro airport. The owner had organised Pavel to meet us. His welcome set the tone for the whole holiday!

The apartment is lovely, clean and airy. The air con was a welcome relief from the Algarve sun. It is well equipped, in a peaceful location. The pool was clean and crowded.

Nearby we found plenty of cafes, a short walk to the sensational beaches revealed more cafes, restaurants and wonderful beach bars. We would especially recommend Restaurant Sardinha Assados, on the beach or, O Walter in the older part of town. Fantastic seafood or meat dishes if you prefer.

Pavel kindly drove us to visit the potteries at Porches and for an unforgettable evening in the neighbouring village of Alcantarilha. The food in A Cisterna is truly worth the short drive.

We sincerely hope to return very soon.

The apartment is 6 mins walk from a most beautiful beach where you can walk for miles. Armacoa de Pera has one of the longest beaches in the Algarve. Fishermen still operate from the beach, where they have their huts and boats and you can purchase fish from them if you wish. There are also many more beautiful beaches within a few mins drive.


The apartment is 45 mins drive from faro airport. You can hire a car at the airport or before you leave on holiday. You can get a bus or taxi or we can arrange transfers to and from the airport for you.


The nearest village is 5 mins walk away. Nearby places of interest are the market town of Algoz, Porchesand Albuferia all of which are app 10 mins drive away. Algarve shopping is a large modern shopping centre that is 10 mins drive away. Sea world and water parks are all 10 to 15 mins drive.
