An amazing trip with friends in a fabulous house

  • 5 of 5

This house is even more amazing than it looks on the pictures! Myself and 9 friends, 3 kids, and 2 babies between us, stayed for a get together and we loved every minute! We were able to have BBQs and use the hot tub with fabulous views and sunsets in the gorgeous garden. However even if the weather had been bad there was so much inside the house too from the playroom, and games room to the well stocked DVD collection, we couldn't believe how much space there was considering there was so many of us , and the kids had so much fun . We got an online food order sorted with Tesco which meant we didn't have to do any shopping either! But we did love our trip out to Buxton too. The owner gave us fantastic customer service, and really went above and beyond when we accidently left a kindle at the house. We'd happily go back any time!

Absolutely Amazing!!! We didn't want to leave!

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from the Cottage after celebrating my 40th Birthday with the girls.

The cottage is absolutely stunning, clean, modern with all the facilities you could ever wish for. There are beautiful views and lovely walks right outside the front door. The hot tub is a must to be used. The cottage catered for 14 ladies quite easily so you never felt on top of each other. Steve, the owner is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this cottage to anybody. It definitely was the centre of our celebrations and we just didn't want to leave it. 10/10!!! We will all be returning either together or with our families.

We have just returned from a hen weekend at this property. There is not a single fault to be found. Spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Has everything any sized party would need to celebrate any occasion. Can't wait to stay here again!

Outstanding property!

  • 5 of 5

We have just come back from a hen weekend spent at Cop Farm, and were blown away by the property and its facilities. The house was perfect for our needs, and every guest was amazed by how nice it was. We were met by the owner Steve on the Friday who showed us around the place. I was in charge of booking the property and all correspondence with Steve has been really easy, he replied really quickly to any questions I had, and has already paid back the deposit, and we only left yesterday! The place was spotless, the beds were really comfortable, we had everything we needed - even down to the extra fridge and freezers for all our provisions. We spent many an hour in the hot tub (which had fresh water on arrival and was very clean) admiring the countryside views, and were very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for group accommodation, and would absolutely go back!

Fantastic property

  • 5 of 5

Have just spent a couple of nights at this great place with 11 other ladies and it was perfect. Even better than described! The hot tub was amazing, especially in a howling gale. The house itself is immaculate and really lends itself to a large group wanting to spend time together. We initially picked it as it had space for us all to eat round the same table. 14 could sit comfortably and then there was masses of room in the large sitting room for us all to relax afterwards. Everyone loved the bedrooms and the bathrooms and all the mums amongst us want to return with their children just for the games room and the toddler playroom. Steve was great, really helpful and even though I haven't been home 24 hours he's already returned my security deposit. If I had a pound for every time I heard the word "wow" during the weekend I would now be very wealthy indeed! Book it, you won't be disappointed!
