Villa 86 was constructed for summers in the Med! Terraces and porches with enchanted views and spaces to enjoy outdoor cuisine. The upper terrace is a perfect platform to nurture romance, watching fascinating sunsets or watching over the Nature Park and coastline, on a clear day the island of Mallorca can be seen. The lower ground floor area has no sea views, but has an incredibly spacious pool and poolside area with a unique covered BBQ deck. The property is built on three floors, the two floors seen from the main avenue are part of the main house, yet on the lower floor, which is more visible from the poolside area there is a completely independent basement apartment lined with wood and decorated to a maritime theme.

About the Owner

Twenty years ago under the entrepreneurial leadership of Mr. José Villalonga the Menorca Management Group was formed. In the early days, property maintenance services were offered throughout the island. However, later, the company decided to centre its business in the popular zone of Son Bou and its neighbouring residential area, Torre Soli Nou. To celebrate this bold and determined move, the company adopted a new name, the name of Menorca Rentals, as it is still referred to today.

Son Bou is the islands prime tourist spot, not only for its beautiful beach and tourist facilities but also for the surrounding areas of interest. The resort is located to the south of the island, in the area of Alaior, and can be divided into three areas:Is the actual commercial heart, offering a wide range of established restaurants, bars and shops. Son Bou is also the only gateway to the resorts beautiful wide beach, a superb beach, with fine white sand, which stretches for 3 km.

The 9x4 private pool has a shallow end of 1 meter with a maximum depth of 1,9meters. The unique man made covered BBQ has a good seating and dining area. The final touches are the villas exquisitely cared for grounds with shrubs and palm trees, lawns and flower. Utility Room: Washing machine.
