Can Monte D’Alt is a typical Ibicencan farmhouse, a 330 year old ancestral mansion, which has kept all the warmth and authenticity of its origins.

Situated on the Ibiza-San José road, about 10 km. from Ibiza Town and 15 minutes by car to any of Ibiza’s most beautiful bays and beaches.

The Finca has a beautiful garden, where you can sit and admire the views of a spectacular countryside and the sea at the end, enjoy breakfast under the shade of the porch area or simply relax at the swimming pool.

In a place like this it is easy to forget all about time and be carried away by the calm, wonderful atmosphere of this Mediterranean hide away.

The living accommodation is divided into two separate floors of the Finca.

On the ground floor, at the left of the main part of the Finca there is a big porch covered area that has the barbecue area, a dining area and a sofa area. From there we have a direct entrance to the main lounge area with television, fireplace and music equipment, also used like dining room. The house has a big complete kitchen with gas cooker, a large fridge and a separate tall freezer, dishwasher, microwave and lots of pots and pans. Direct exit to the garden area. On the ground floor we also have 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and an extra room that is a duplex room. On the bottom area the duplex has the bathroom area and the sofa bed for two people (1,35x1,90 m). On the top floor of the duplex there is a double bedroom. Direct entrance also from top floor.

On the top floor the house has also the master bedroom with bathroom en- suite and terrace and another double room built in 2015 with en-suite shower.

The entire house has air conditioning.

The outside garden area has a pool of 10 x 5 m and sun beds and parasols.

This is an ideal accommodation for a large family or a group of up to 12 people which wishes to spend their time together but also be able to have sufficient room and space to live simultaneously in harmony.
