Custom built villa with up-scale décor, very large rooms and WiFi. This villa offers privacy, unique vistas of the sea and mountains and sunsets to dream about. Immediately take in the views of the sea from the large windows. The large dining area has plenty of setting. The extra-large modern kitchen is great for gathering. Enjoy 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, private patios, terrace and oversize pool. The living room is circler with 15 foot celling. Enjoy the curve staircase leading to bedrooms and TV room. The bedrooms on the lower level offer private access directly to the pool and BBQ area. The downstairs is great if two families are sharing the villa or for teenagers. Meals on the patio are our favourite place overlooking the pool and sea. If you enjoy long laps in the pool then this villa is perfect for you or if you just want to sun yourself and wait for others to bring drinks and food then you want to vacation here.

Denia and Oliva is a privileged place in the Mediterranean with numerous splendid beaches renowned throughout Europe for its natural beauty and unique quality. Crystal clear waters and pristine sands turn a simple bath into an ocean of sensations. Enjoy the nautical and sporting activities. Denia does not only make their living from tourism. It possesses one of the most important harbours of the area, with ferry connections to Ibiza, Mallorca and others.


Only 90 kilometres to Alicante and Valencia airports. Denia port include ferries to Ibiza.


Denia has a twenty-kilometre-long coastline, which presents fine sands in the northern part, yet steep and rocky sections to the south. The municipality has countless one-storey houses scattered around, with white façades, red-tiled roofs, and the typical porches from this region, called "riu-rau". We can access the Montgó Nature Reserve from the road that goes to Javea, which passes through Las Rotas, and San Antonio Cape. There is so much to see and do within an hour drive.

Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town located along the Mediterranean coastline, where the sun shines almost all year. Its climate of mild temperatures and its 20 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves makes Denia an ideal place for family beach holidays.

The Romans dedicated this city to the goddess Diana, and turned its port into one of the most active in the Peninsula. Up to this day, Denia has not ceased to be visited.

The Muslim castle keeps many examples of its heritage at the Archaeological museum. The city also has remarkable monuments such as the church of Asunción, from the 18th century, with Renaissance and Baroque reredos; and the City Hall, which still has in its façade two memorial tablets from the ancient temple of Diana. The avenue of Marqués de Campo, the cosmopolitan setting for the festivities of Moors and Christians, is complemented by the fisherman's quarter, the most popular and gregarious area in town. Denia has a commercial port and a marina.

Javea is located between the capes of San Antonio and Nao, Jávea is one of the most important tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca. The historic quarter, located two kilometres away from the coastline, preserves a beautiful architecture, with emblematic monuments such as the church of San Bartolome, the city's neuralgic centre.

One of the main attractions of this region is its coastline. No less than twenty kilometres of sands and hidden coves where visitors can enjoy a swim and a wide variety of water sports.

Calpe is dominated by the imposing image of the Rock of Ifach, Calpe sits on the shores of the Mediterranean, surrounded by a beautiful landscape filled with mountains and vineyards. Many ancient civilisations settled in this town in the Marina Alta region of Alicante, a history narrated by the remains it preserves, which include the Roman baths "Baños de la Reina" (Queen's Baths).

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa is near the fishing coastal town of Denia with top rated beaches, restaurants attractions. One of the most visited tourist attractions of Denia is the castillo (castle). The castle built in the 11th and 12th century offers a wonderful view around the sea, the city and the back lands. Within the castle you will find the Palau del Governador with its museum. Along with the other interesting museums in Denia, the Museo Etnologico will give you further details on the rich history and culture of Denia. Outside: Enjoy the outside offering large deck with lounge chairs, table with chairs, BBQ and very large private pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linens included, additional cleaning upon request at cost. Other: The teenagers will to enjoy the TV room downstairs as their own space for watching TV, movies, playing video or board games.
