5 bedroom house within 20 Minute Drive Of Tintagel, Boscastle, Camelford & Bude

A lovely and comfortable spacious farmhouse with plenty of room for 10 people (adults or children) to have a great holiday whether the weather dictates indoors, BBQ in the gardens, or down to the beach. 2 double bedrooms (one out of the way downstairs), 1 bunk bed and two twin rooms. Large lounge plus snug plus large lobby/boot room. Garden has sheltered area for BBQ etc. and extended gardens including large garden field - plus a small courtyard - all with gates.

Lovely walks e.g. 1 hour to Crackington Haven, 1 hour to Trevigue restaurant, 1.5 hours to The Strangles, 3 hours to Boscastle.

About JL Hagger

We are very busy people and bought Roundhayes as a retreat to the moor and beach on the beautiful and rugged North Cornish coast. As we have a large family we have set up the large Roundhayes Farmhouse to give plenty of space, we have upgraded much of the house. We hope you have as much fun there as we and our friends have.

Close to the moor and beach for the summer, plenty of space including a boot room for boots, coats and hats in the winter. A great base.

Arrival is from 4.30pm on the Saturday and departure is by 10am the following Saturday. This is important to give us time to clean the house to a high standard.To book please email or ring to confirm availability. Once confirmed please send a deposit of 50% by return, and remainder of payment by 1 month before. If this is not received then any other bookings will take precedence.

Cancellation: if you cancel your booking we will probably have lost the opportuntity to let the property; if you cancel more than 30 days before you will lost the 50% deposit, if you cancel less than 30 days before then we will make no refund, unless we take a full booking in which case we will refund the 50%.
