Cottage in Cockwells, Nr. Penzance, Cornwall, England - A quiet location with lovely elevated walks with views of the sea and St Michaels Mount

The cottage is in a peaceful location with a flowing beck at the bottom of the front garden with seating areas, and off road parking for 1 car. To the rear is an elevated garden providing security for pets together with BBQ faciities. The property is 1.5 miles from Marazion Beach/St Michaels Mount and 6 Miles to St Ives. Penzance is 4 miles away, Hale 3 miles, and St Erth Station 2 miles distant. You have easy access to many coves and small beaches on both sides of the peninsula. Supermarkets are in easy reach, 2 miles to Morrisions, Tesco, and Sainsburys in Penzance and Asda in Hayle.

We live in the North West of England and we purchased Ashgrove our North Wales cottage 14 years ago as a second home and 8 years ago we decided to rent and it proved very successful. We then purchased Brea Cottage in Cornwall and rented it out after a full refurbishment. In 2012 the family home in Ainsdale which we have had for the last 25 years the decision was taken to rent and again proved successful. In the same year we purchased at auction Riverside Cottage in Cornwall a total refurbishment has been carried out with reversing the living level with a feature bridge taking you from the French doors to the upper garden. All our properties are decorated and furnished to a very high standard giving you a very cosy and comfortable accommodation.

A great location to explore!

This cottage is in a great location to explore. The cottage is well equipped and everything you need is catered for, even the dogs had a safe environment to be in. Marazion, Penzance, Lands End, Falmoth, Truro St Ives , the Minack Theatre and The Lizard are all close by. Beautiful scenery and beaches and lots to see and do. I would recommend this cottage!

Truly amazing

At this present time we are still staying at this gorgeous cottage. The location is perfect, the cottage itself is Truly amazing.... so well equipped but with good quality accessories everything you need to have and more. The garden is a sun trap, peaceful and well kept... we will definitely come here again Truly Amazing !!!!

The rear garden is elevated with a BBQ area, table and chairs and backing on to fields. Both front and rear gardens are enclosed. To the front off road parking area is shared with the cottage next door and 1 car is permitted.
