Comfortable seating is offered in the conservatory with a plasma TV and this leads to the private and secluded decked patio area with outside furniture provided.

Upstairs to the lounge area with a balcony overlooking the front of the property and the master bedroom is also on this floor with a walk in en-suite shower room. Upstairs again to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and family bathroom. Offered with high-speed internet access, off road parking for two vehicles (one in a garage and one parked up to the garage) and within close proximity to the wonderful beaches at Sandbanks. One well behaved dog is considered with a weekly supplement of £30.00.

This is a great choice of holiday accommodation for families looking to stay together in this wonderful part of the UK.

Sandbanks has a Blue Flag beach with safe swimming in the sea and seven miles of golden sands with beautiful views of Old Harry Rocks, Poole and Bournemouth Bay round to Hengistbury Head and across to the Isle of Wight. Brownsea Island and the Purbecks across the natural bay of Poole Harbour are definitely places to visit and they offer sightseeing opportunities and activities for all age ranges.

Booking Notes:
We will require a deposit of £200 to secure your chosen dates and the outstanding balance is required 8 weeks prior to your stay.

A booking confirmation/receipt is always provided for any payments made.

Changeover Day:
We prefer a changeover day from Saturday - Saturday during the peak season, however, we do try to be flexible wherever possible.

Notes on prices:
Please note that we will require a security/damage deposit of £250 which can be taken from a credit card 7 days before your arrival; Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the property is checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure. Other payment alternatives are available, please enquire.
