This is a newly refurbished modern apartment which has been upgraded to a very high standard. Enter into the lounge/dining area where you can immediately relax. This leads directly onto a private terrace and garden area overlooking private communal gardens. A fully fitted kitchen is complete with all modern day essentials such as a dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and vitro ceramic hob. Notes on accommodation: A safe is provided for all valuables. Some little extras are also provided for your comfort such as hairdryer, iphone/ipad docking/charging/music station and free wifi. Outside: The property is in a peaceful area of Puerto Pollensa. There is a private south facing garden and terrace area with 2 sun loungers and an outside corner sofa. This overlooks the beautifully landscaped communal gardens of the complex. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels) are provided and are changed once a week

The apartment was clean and functional but the outside of the whole block of apartments were in need of repair and redecorate. The furniture needs updating. The gardens were picturesque. It was a quiet location and very close for the Port and Pollenca old town. The air condition unit in the lounge could be better, it didn't cool the room very much.

Owner's Response: Hi thanks for taking the time to write a review. As listed on Owners Direct the apartment was refurbished 2.5 years ago with new furniture and appliances but understandably not to everyones taste. Unfortunately during the months of July and August when temperatures can reach up to 40 degrees air conditioning can struggle to cope, we have taken your comment on board re this and have had the unit serviced. We hope that generally you enjoyed your stay in Puerto Pollensa and that you visit the area again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! It's in a great position in a nice residential area of Puerto Pollensa, around the corner from a handy little shop and two (quiet) bars. The apartment is perfectly kitted out - the owners have taken such care to provide everything you need.

The bedroom is cool and comfortable, the terrace is beautiful - looking onto communal gardens with great seating and a huge umbrella for shade. The kitchen has all mod-cons and lovely crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment.

Air conditioning, tv, shower, wi-fi, ipod dock etc all worked perfectly.

The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very efficient to deal with and were very friendly and nice when we met them.

Literally don't have a bad word to say! Amazing value for money - can't recommend it highly enough. We'll be back!

A 45 minute drive from Palma Airport. A car is not essential as the main coastal area is less than a 10 minute walk away. Cycling is very popular in this area of Mallorca and there are plenty of professional hire shops nearby.


The main town of Puerto Pollensa is less than a 10 minute walk away and the beach is 7 minutes walk. Both Pollensa and Alcudia old town are 7 km away with the beaches of Alcudia approx. 8km from the apartment. A regular bus service runs along the coast road, to Pollensa and Palma.

Further Details:

There is a supermarket, bar, swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis and padel courts all within a minute walk of the apartment (extra charges may apply).

Banks and ATM's, a larger supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, car hire, bike hire, petrol station etc. are 5mins walk.

Reservations can be held for 48 hours so as to make travel arrangements. Thereafter a 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking via bank transfer in the UK. The balance to be paid 3-4weeks prior to departure. A refundable damage deposit of 200 Euros or 200 pounds sterling MUST be paid on arrival in cash, this will be returned on day of departure.
Keys, directions and contact details for the apartment will be posted to you once full payment has been received.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible on changeover days. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is by 11.00am.

Notes on prices:
All rental prices quoted are in GB pounds and are based on a weekly rate. A refundable damage deposit of 200euros or 200 pounds sterling is payable on arrival.
