Lovely Townhouse in Andalucian style in a community with attractively planted and well maintained communal areas. Our pretty garden includes various flowering shrubs offering a secluded sunbathing and dining area. You will find comfortable seating, all the necessities of modern living. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern new and well equipped. The house is 30 meter from the lovely swimming pool with a small pool for the very young and free sunbeds. There are 300 meters to a lovely 2 km long sandbeach with soft waves well suited for swimming. Less than 5 minutes walk to the regular bus service to Nerja and Malaga. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance for fine dining and food on the beach. We are offering the opportunity to spend your holiday in a stylish and well presented home. No changeover days - you are welcome all days to get the cheapest fights.

About the Owner

We are a Danish family who have just bought this amazing house from an English couple. They lived there for five years and have set a very stylish footprint on the house, which we hope you will enjoy as much as we do. We simply love Andalusia and are already very fond of our new holiday home. We look forward to spend many hours under the Spanish sun and hope that you will help us to take good care of our house. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Unspoiled sandy beach with traditional Spanish bars serving reasonably priced food including traditional dishes.

There are several beaches in the surrounding area offering various bars restaurants and activities.


Malaga airport 45 kilometres approx.

Car hire not essential excellent bus and coach services for surrounding areas and good safe walking opportunities.


Nerja centre 20 minutes walk along the beach or the main road or 5 minute bus ride. Malaga direct approximately an hour coaches at regular intervals.

Regular buses to Nerja caves.

A full range of services are available in Nerja including Banks a Post Office supermarkets, bars, restaurants pharmacies hairdressers, clinics and a local NHS clinic where you can obtain free attention with your E11 card, there are generally translators available.

From the Owner

Our home is in a quiet peaceful location but within reach of all the amenities Nerja and the surrounding area can offer. There is an excellent bus service and taxis are available throughout the day and night. Our home offers a combination of typical Spanish living with big paellas made on the beach and International cuisine and fine dining. There are some wonderful fiestas with horsemen bullock carts and flamenco dancing and yet you can travel easily and comfortably around the area, on the motorways which are not crowded, along the coast road or on the many coaches and buses. With good reason Nerja is known as the jewel of the Costa Del Sol!

  • Notes on accommodation: There are free WiFi in the house and at the pool/restaurant area. Outside: A chance to relax! In the summer the sun is in the garden, which faces south, from approximately 10.30am until 8pm so plenty of opportunities to sunbathe. The eating area at the bottom of the garden can be shaded by a huge sunshade to ensure your wine stays cool. The seating on the terrace is large and comfortable enough for an afternoon snooze under the sun awning or with the binoculars provided you can watch the cruise ships edge their way to Malaga. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The housekeepers will clean before you arrive and when you leave. Bed linen is included together with hand & bath towels & beach towels. If your stay is longer than a week fresh bedlinen and towels are available & you pay the housekeeper.
