Why J Haigh chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

Because it was an established area near a village. We love the quiet location and lovely quieter beaches but also the fact that within 15 minutes you can be in the town with all the shops and restaurants.

What makes this villa unique

Ideally placed for relaxing by the pool and eating locally. As well as placed centrally for going a bit further a field and exploring other areas.

We even managed to do a little retail therapy in the local shops after a leisurely breakfast.

Bakery-coffee shop, Pizzeria, Newsagents, Laundry, Butchers, small supermarket- 5 minutes walk. 3/4 restaurants within walking distance. Larger supermarket 10 minutes walk away. The port town of Denia offers a wide range of shops and restaurants.

Utility Room: Washing Machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided. Towels are changed once a weeks along with cleaning duties. The pool is cleaned once a week.
