I had a lovely time staying here. It was so peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The host Gisela is very hospitable and friendly. What was so lovely was that she is a Spanish and for a small fee celebrates this by offering to cook the most delicious Valencian dishes which we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed...I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

5 star apartment beachfront !
Immaculately presented apartment at a reasonable price. Gisela was the perfect host and speaks excellent English. A welcome pack was provided on arrival with typical Spanish food which was very much appreciated. Bed and sofa were very comfortable, apartment had everything you needed to self cater. Supermarket 10 mins walk and the promenade 3 mins walk with all the bars and good restaurants.
Home from home plus stunning views
Beautiful apartment in great location for a beach holiday. The owner provided a lovely welcome pack and even all toiletries down to suntan lotion! The end of May and beginning of June is fairly quiet so if you are looking for a relaxing holiday,this is the place. It is a very Spanish resort and the owner is very welcoming and I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We will definitely be returning.
A dream destination
We highly recommend Gisela's apartment. It was perfect for a stay with a child as there are loads of playgrounds within a five minute walk and Gisela provided a high chair and a baby bath. We stayed in October and the weather was still good enough to swim at the beach. The apartment is modern and fully equipped. We ate all our meals at the table on the balcony, enjoying the sunrise each day. The beach towels, umbrella and chairs were much appreciated. The filtered water system was a godsend as we usually have to buy bottles of water in Spain. Gisela went out of her way to make us comfortable and was always available if we needed anything. We can't wait to return to Gisela's apartment.
Thank you Gisela for a wonderful holiday. The apartment had everything that we needed and more, a lovely welcome pack, and all the toiletries you could need, right down to new tooth brushes. Also, there were towels, chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and stocked with all the essentials, all you need to bring are your clothes (though sun hats are provided as well!). The apartment is ideally located for the beach, and the balcony is the perfect place to sit during the heat of the day being shaded and catching the sea breeze. It also has beautiful views of both the beach and the mountains so you can enjoy sunsets and sun rises. Everything you need is within walking distance, bars, restaurants, and grocery shops, so a car is not necessary. Gisela could not do enough for us, even printing our return boarding passes (nice system Ryan Air!!!). If you are looking for a beach apartment, I doubt there is a better one on the Costa del Azahar. We will definitely be returning.

We didn't need a car in Daimuz - plenty to do for a week. The people in the apartment block were very friendly to us which made us feel extremely welcome. We were met by your daughter who explained everything fully and made us feel at home. We will be booking for next year - can't wait to get back! The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, right down to deck chairs and umbrella for the beach. Welcome pack of milk, essential food and fruit were there on our arrival. The flat is perfectly located right in front of the best part of the long stretch of beach. There were many hours spent on the private balcony watching the world go by. Plenty of places to eat and to buy fresh fish and meat.
Gisela is an amazing host and could not have been more welcoming. She cooked a mouth watering paella and gave us endless recommendations and help throughout our stay. Thank you. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach holiday.

Walking to a stunning 10 Km stretch of beautiful sandy beach is less than a minutes walk from the apartment. It is situated in a peaceful location with a family friendly beach, which has Blue Flag accreditation, ensuring that the water and sand is very clean. It has handicap access, lifeguard supervision and an ambulance station and a few Chiriguitos, small friendly beach side bars. There is also 4 km of promenade in front of the sea to stroll along and the enjoy the sea views.
From the UK, you can make use of the low-cost airlines and fly to either Valencia, (VLC) Manises airport, Spain (45 minutes by car from apartment) or Alicante, El Altet (ALC) Spain (1hr 15 by car).
To arrive in Daimus, you can rent a car or use public transport, the area has good transport links with both regular buses and trains.
Gandía (2Km) A short 10 minute drive. You can also walk there in 45 minutes or by bike in 30 minutes, along paths that wind through the orange blossom trees.
Oliva (6 Km) 15 minutes.
Denia (25 Km) 30 minutes.
Valencia (65 Km) 55 minutes (Available trains from Gandia to Valencia every 30 minutes).

Daimus has everything you may need, all kinds of services, a bank and two cash machines, a supermarket, pharmacy, Doctor, sports centre, bus stop, bars and restaurants. Along the promenade there is a square which is full of bars, good restaurants and ice cream shops, and a churritos bar which serves delicious doughnut like desserts which are dipped in warm chocolate - Perfect for breakfast! On Fridays there is a bustling vibrant street market where you can buy fresh local produce.
You have access to all kind of sports: Kay surf is 1 minute walk away; Go-Karting is 5 minutes by car; Sailing, Rowing and Horse Riding is 15 minutes by car; The Oliva Nova Golf 50 hectare complex is 15 minutes by car.
Walking to a stunning 10 Km stretch of beautiful sandy beach with a 4 mile easy access sea promenade is less than a minute from the apartment. Also you can enjoy riding the Bike path between the orange blossom trees while exploring the local countryside and bikes can be easily hired from Gandia town.
Aquopolis Water Park in Cullera is a 30 minute drive.
Benidorm and the famous Theme Park Terra Mitica, the Animal Park Terra Natura and Mundo Mar and the Water Park Acualandia is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive away.
Gandia; is the most important city in the Valencia region, after Valencia City. There are historic buildings like the Ducal Palace, the Escolapios Square, and the Jaume I Square with the library. The Avenue of Germanias is a nice place to stroll. The main street has plenty of designer shops. There are also 3 shopping complexes, the Fallas Museum, 2 multiplex cinemas, casino, bowling, yacht club and vibrant weekly market. There is a big festival “Las Fallas” in March. Easter is beautiful with parades and processions of the various brotherhoods.

When you book, we ask you to pay a deposit of £250.00 pounds (non-returnable if you cancel your stay). This becomes a returnable security deposit for the duration of your holiday and will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure less any deductions in case there are any damages. Change over days are a little flexible but Saturday or Sunday is preferable. Check out time is 11am and check in time is after 3pm.

The wide open green areas that surround the apartment with the back drop of mountains and distant views. It is an escape from the busyness of life and I get to appreciate the wonder of nature and a real sense of space. It is also very peaceful and I love to walk by the sea and enjoy the local restaurants. Everything is close by and is very convenient. Besides, the beach it has all the amenities needed to live well all year and transport wise it is also very well connected and I feel very lucky to have the apartment in such a place.”

- Notes on accommodation: A welcome pack is provided. Please, note the apartment is non smoking, also no pets. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, although it is child friendly, care must take with small children near the windows and on the balcony. Sunshade and chairs are provided to make your visits to the beach more comfortable. We can also provide a folding bed for little children. Cleaning service can be supplied for an extra charge. The beach and building and surrounding area are wheelchair friendly. The apartment is on the third floor and can be reached a staircase or two lifts can be used, one is wheelchair accessible. The swimming pool area is on the ground floor. It has 5 easy to manage steps and also a ramp leading down to the wet area. Besides, the beach it has all the amenities needed to live well all year and transport wise it is also very well connected. Please enquire for shorter or longer stays. Outside: There are 2 shared swimming pools on the ground floor. There are 5 easy to manage steps and a ramp leading to the swimming pool area which has one adult 12m x 1.2/2.2 deep pool and a child friendly pool 5m x 40 cm deep. They are surrounded by pretty gardens, a solarium and sun terrace. There are also two showers which can be used before entering the pools or when returning from the beach to wash off any sand. In consideration to the guests there is a timetable that prohibits noise to be made during siesta time which is 3-5 pm and after 11pm at night. In the apartment on the 3rd floor there is a balcony that leads out from the living room area. It contains a table and chairs, patio furniture and acts as a secondary outside eating area with spectacular sea views. It is also a sun trap at certain times of the day and has built in sun shades fitted if needed or for added privacy. Sunshades and chairs are also available to make your visits to the beach more comfortable. Utility Room: Dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board. Exterior roof top clothes drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and laundry service available for an additional charge (separately).
