Nestled on the picturesque West Sussex coastline ‘Life’s a Beach’ chalet is a family owned property located on the Medmerry Park (formerly Sussex Beach) Holiday Village, 7 miles south of the historic cathedral City of Chichester, 2 miles from the beautiful seemingly endless, Blue Flag rated, sandy beach at West Wittering. The area is known locally as ‘God’s pocket’ as it boasts the best weather in England!

We are a normal family who enjoy spending time away from the hustle and bustle of modern working life.

Getting away from it all is number one on our list of priorities and being spoilt comes a close second!

Why Simon Rosan chose West Sussex

We love this area of the South Coast as it boast some great facilities and things to do, it really does cater for all! Everything you need only a short distance away.

Located in a great Holiday Village site, the Chalet is only 2 miles from a brilliant sandy beach and the surrounding countryside is beautiful and peaceful but not too sleepy!

Easy to get to from the A3 or A27. We feel relaxed as soon as we get here and hope you will agree.

What makes this bungalow unique

Beautiful, tranquil location, with private beach access, ideally suited to both families or for quiet get aways and romantic retreats.

The location of the property also boasts great relaxing or adventurous activities such as surfing, rambling, fishing breaks or just spending a few days catching up with a good book.

The holiday site has a swimming pool, country pub and convenience store amongst it's many amenities but retains its quiet, peaceful ambience which is a far cry from a Hi-de-Hi holiday camp.

Outside: Enclosed patio area with garden table and chairs. Large open grass area to the front and side of the chalet, suitable for children to play. Utility Room: Utility Cupboard housing Washer/Dryer and Outdoor storage cupboard with spare chairs and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen provided. The cost of your holiday includes the cleaning of the chalet before and after your stay. We do not provide a maid service during your stay.

chalet very clean and recently refurbished, owners helpful, holiday park was quiet and very tidy, with a good playground, pub on site, beach is a few minutes walk away and is spectacular, overall a very relaxing few days

a very clean and comfortable chalet

We really enjoyed our stay at 'Life's a Beach'! It was modern, clean, small but cosy, providing everything we needed. We really appreciated the great selection of classic DVDs for good family viewing in the evenings and also enjoyed the quiet of the property, with its private little patio at the front. A lovely place we would like to return to.

Beautiful Little Gem

Lovely bungalow very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay complete. Information given for the holiday very helpful. Simon and Stephen have thought of everything. Swimming Pool and Play Park great for children, we were really lucky with the weather and was able to use both. Hot tub was lovely for grown ups like a bath but without the bubbles.

Really enjoyed our stay lovely surroundings would recommend to family and friends

Fantastic break in a gorgeous chalet 💙

We had a great break at Life's a Beach Chalet. Simon and Stephen have furnished it to a high standard and thought of all the little touches that make it a home from home. We would definitely go back, so cosy and very good facilities at Medmerry Park.

Great week away

Lovely little bungalow to spend the week at.

Lots of little special touches left for us, an array of books, games and DVDs were on offer. The holiday complex is very nice with plenty of activities to keep kids and adults entertained.

Our host was great, meeting us when we arrived and giving an overview of the property.

Would recommend to anyone to visit this location
