Ta' Nikola Farmhouse Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms)

On the entrance level of this farmhouse there is an open dining and living space spreading out beneath the high arched ceiling;a perfect place to relax by the roaring log fire in chilly winter nights, while it can be very cool and airy in the hot summer months. 1st bedroom has access by a wooden staircase adjacent to the dining area on ground floor. This is a double bedroom ideally suited to children with its low ceiling and being on a mezzanine level. The living & dining areas open onto a cozy kitchen. French doors lead you to a south facing enclosed courtyard with a built in BBQ, the ideal spot for breakfast in summer and with the luxury of a good sized private pool. There is also a shower room with a toilet just outside the kitchen. The traditional stone staircase and the internal spiral wooden staircase both lead to the sunny authentic arched loggia, with lovely views over the swimming pool that leads you off to two other high ceiling bedrooms; a triple bedroom and a main bedroom.

In the particularly picturesque hamlet of Santa Lucia away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet still close to all amenities and transport you'll find the our delightful properties. The traditional ambience of the farmhouse has been lovingly retained. Originally this was one large property which we divided into two units: Tan-Nanna Farmhouse and Ta' Nikola Farmhouse which we started to rent as self-catering properties! Over the time, we constructed a new property, Tal-Kitarra, built to a very high standard, offering all modern comforts and amenities. These properties are well kept and simply magnificent; the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a luxurious break with every indulgence.

Notes

Booking Notes:
Booking is confirmed when deposit is paid. Deposits can be paid either by Credit Card, Bank Transfers or PayPal. Normally a 25% of Total Invoice (or as otherwise agreed) is to be paid as deposit. Remaining Balance is to be paid up to two weeks prior to the holiday start date (or as otherwise agreed). On reservation, a booking form is sent to the guest, outlining all the terms & conditions of rental. Credit Card details will be requested on check-in in order to block a breakage deposit.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible with regards to change-over days. Normal check-in time is at 15 hrs and check out at 10.30am, though on occasions when we do not have another check-in/out on the same day we can allow an earlier/later check-in/out.

Coast/Beach:

Taking into consideration the size of the island of Gozo, all locations are reachable with a 15 to 20 minute drive! Gozo can boast of a selection of unique hide-out beaches and a coast-line with unobstructed access.

Travel:

The only airport on the Maltese Islands is Malta International Airport. We can provide direct comfort transfers or split transfers to the properties in Gozo. Car Hire with airport pick-up/drop-off is also another option. We can guide you to make the decision most appropriate for you!

Distances:

Santa Lucia is located just about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Victoria and about 10 minutes walk from the main village of Kercem. Public Transport access is quite good on the island, though we always recommend car hire for more flexibility and independence.

Location is close to supermarkets (on the outskirts of Victoria - just about 10 minutes walk); main places of interest in Gozo, etc. Restaurants are also found within walking distance in Victoria or Kercem. Nearest Banks and ATM machines are found in Victoria. Nearest Pharmacies are either in Victoria or in Kercem.

Due to the way these properties are built, everyone will have his own privacy! We take special attention to detail and do our best to make sure that all our clients are having the best value for money. Parties are not accepted unless the whole accommodation units are taken in-full. We do respect our guests' privacy and expect that our guests respect 'the next door neighbors' during their stay! Outside: All 3 units have their own private swimming pool, sun-loungers, BBQ and BBQ area. Garden furniture is provided. When renting out these units the swimming pool is never shared! In the event that we have large families or groups renting two or three units at the same time, then we can open the doors by the pool area for easy access between the three properties.
