Tan-Nanna Farmhouse Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms)

This 3 bedroom, 18th century farmhouse is extremely comfortable with a comfy sofa and a TV around a wood burning stove on the ground floor, leading to a self-catering kitchen. The interior achieves a rustic elegance with natural tones, flag stone floors, mangers and wooden beams. The master bedroom is ideally suited for couples who want a cosy, relaxed atmosphere in winter months and fresh and romantic surroundings in the summer months, together with toilet facilities including a shower on ground floor. A French door leads out onto a sun-filled courtyard with a kidney shaped private pool, flowering plants and ample space to dine al fresco or to catch up on that golden tan. The pool measures 20 x 10 ft and has ladder access. There is also a built in barbecue, and outdoor furniture. A traditional authentic outdoor sunny stone staircase leads to a terrace and to the first floor where one finds the second and third bedroom; a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with en-suite.

In the particularly picturesque hamlet of Santa Lucia away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet still close to all amenities and transport you'll find the our delightful properties. The traditional ambience of the farmhouse has been lovingly retained. Originally this was one large property which we divided into two units: Tan-Nanna Farmhouse and Ta' Nikola Farmhouse which we started to rent as self-catering properties! Over the time, we constructed a new property, Tal-Kitarra, built to a very high standard, offering all modern comforts and amenities. These properties are well kept and simply magnificent; the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a luxurious break with every indulgence.

Since we also organise Weddings & Events in Malta and Gozo this property is ideal for couples getting married in Malta and Gozo, either as their base or for their honeymoon stays!

This was our time staying at Tal-Kitarra. We came back and were not disappointed. The transfers were quick and smooth. On arrival at the Villa, we had our pre-ordered shopping list and complimentary items as well including local tomatoes and a bottle of wine! We were met by Marvik's mother and she was friendly and helpful as always. We spent 2 weeks either relaxing by the pool or touring the wonderful sights of Gozo - don't forget your snorkel for Dwejra and Xlendi!. The local bus service is superb, punctual and cheap. We also had a day trip to Valletta in Malta. It was a long day but worth it. You must visit Valletta! We did it by bus but you can hire a car. A couple of good changes this year - a flat screen TV and dishwasher. A very family friendly home and very much a home from home.

Booking Notes:
Booking is confirmed when deposit is paid. Deposits can be paid either by Credit Card, Bank Transfers or PayPal. Normally a 25% of Total Invoice (or as otherwise agreed) is to be paid as deposit. Remaining Balance is to be paid up to two weeks prior to the holiday start date (or as otherwise agreed). On reservation, a booking form is sent to the guest, outlining all the terms & conditions of rental. Credit Card details will be requested on check-in in order to block a breakage deposit.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible with regards to change-over days. Normal check-in time is at 15 hrs and check out at 10.30am, though on occasions when we do not have another check-in/out on the same day we can allow an earlier/later check-in/out.

Notes on accommodation: We can cater to couples looking for a romantic retreat; small families with young children; larger families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing time. Due to the way these properties are built, everyone will have his own privacy! We take special attention to detail and do our best to make sure that all our clients are having the best value for money. Parties are not accepted unless the whole accommodation units are taken in-full. We do respect our guests' privacy and expect that our guests respect 'the next door neighbors' during their stay! Outside: All 3 units have their own private swimming pool, sun-loungers, BBQ and BBQ area. Garden furniture is provided. When renting out these units the swimming pool is never shared! In the event that we have large families or groups renting two or three units at the same time, then we can open the doors by the pool area for easy access between the three properties.

Taking into consideration the size of the island of Gozo, all locations are reachable with a 15 to 20 minute drive! Gozo can boast of a selection of unique hide-out beaches and a coast-line with unobstructed access.


The only airport on the Maltese Islands is Malta International Airport. We can provide direct comfort transfers or split transfers to the properties in Gozo. Car Hire with airport pick-up/drop-off is also another option. We can guide you to make the decision most appropriate for you!


Santa Lucia is located just about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Victoria and about 10 minutes walk from the main village of Kercem. Public Transport access is quite good on the island, though we always recommend car hire for more flexibility and independence.
