The apartment is located in el Born quarter, at 5/10 minutes walking to la Barceloneta and las Ramblas. El Born quarter is sandwiched between Via Laietana and Barceloneta and is served by the metro stops Barceloneta and Jaume 1 which are on the same line.

Las Ramblas and the very centre of the city are at a pleasant 10 minute walk away. La Barceloneta beach is located at 5 minutes walking.

You will also find numerous restaurants, shops, and cafés in the surroundings of the building.

Get lost to the narrows streets full of history!

perfect place

If you want to stay in the historic area this is the perfect place. The apartment is located within walking distance to everything: metro, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Although there are other areas of Barcelona that are beautiful, we concluded that the Born Quarter is what we loved the most; so charming yet full of life and beauty, not to mention history/architecture. The apartment is in a great location, clean, tastefully decorated and safe. Lastly, contacting management for help with anything was easy and prompt.

Wow! The location was amazing! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The strong wifi and laundry facilities made the stay even better. Everything was amazing. I would recommend the apartment without any hesitation. The location alone made it worth the stay! We were surrounded with bakeries, tapas, shopping and the Picasso Museum! Thank you!

magnificient apartment

Magnificent apartment right in the middle of my favorite area of Barcelona. The gothic quarter is teeming with cafes restaurants and a few massive ancient basillica. 5 friends fit comfortably in this space and felt rather hip the whole time. Everything you need is right outside the door there would be no reason to rent a vehicle in this town. We spent a lot of our time wandering the alleys of old Barcelona in awe of its beauty. The streets of the gothic quarter felt incredibly safe even in the wee hours of the night. The whole area quickly felt like home and I would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay here! The staff were very gracious and helpful. The location was excellent; easy walking to so many Barcelona landmarks, as well as wonderful shops and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for the 8 of us. We can't wait to return!!

The apartment in reality is like shown on the pictures and its sooo central and well located in the heart of El Born that you always will come back to this place everytime you are in Barcelona. We were a group of 9 people. Its important to know, in order to show respect to the neighbours, to be not very noizy after 10 pm. Thanks, you got my recommendation.

Great place with an absolutely perfect location, we'd rent the apartment again in a minute. You can't really get a sense of the apartment layout by the photos, it's very long. The experience was very very good!
