A LOVELY PLACE IN THE SUN

We have just returned from a 2 week break at this lovely property. From the first time we contacted Elsa to the moment that she and Jose gave us such a warm welcome, the process was straightforward. The airport shuttle service organised by Elsa was smooth and hassle free. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed including the fabulous views along with the opportunity in the evening to hear the singers/music from the old town without it being intrusive. I really would recommend this property for your break in the sun.

Excellent apartment , superb location.

Booking and airport transfers were excellent by owners of this property. Apartment had everything as described in listing and more, including Wi Fi.and air con. It was very clean and well maintained. We were met personally by the owner and given a lovely welcome gift, chocolates, fruit and water. King size bed with immaculate linen was much appreciated.

It was only 2 minutes to the beautiful Fishermans Beach but the fantastic balcony had sun all day.

A superb choice of restaurants and activities were right on our doorstep, including bars with live music.

'A little gem'.

The apartment was everything we were told it would be..and more.!! From first contact with Elsa,everything went smoothly. Jose met us at apartment and showed us around. It was beautifully furnished,and had every amenity to make it a home from home. From the fully equipped kitchen,right through the living room,bathroom and spacious bedroom,everything was superb.!! Then to go out on to the terrace,was amazing. The views,both day and night were superb.!! Overall it was a perfect holiday,looking forward to returning next year,and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely location in Albufeira. Thanks, Elsa and Jose.x

PERFECT LOCATION

Perfect location for beach, bars and everything the old town has to offer.

The apt is clean and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

(one problem, if you like to enjoy the nightlife, you wont get much of a lay in as the other apts make noise and the cleaners are not quiet). Apart from that, all was great. Lovely to be met by the owners.

Another Great Holiday

This is the second time in 4 weeks I've stayed in this apartment, first week was July 9th-16th with a friend, 2nd week Aug 11th-18th with my husband, On both occasions we were met by the owners and welcomed so warmly, shown around, given a lovely arrival gift of fruit, chocolate, beers and bottled water, thank you for that Jose and Elsa, very thoughtful of you both. The apartment is large, very well equipped with everything from sun loungers to cork screws, seriously, I have never stayed in a better equipped rental. It was spotlessly clean, with lovely fresh white linen and towels, a great 4 ringed hob, toaster, microwave and kettle, a little home away from home and to top it off, the balcony, which is quite big with table and chairs for 4 and two sun loungers, the best bit was the view, Wow, I could have sat there all day, just beautiful, you are literally 2 minutes from the beach and the Old Town Centre.

Jose and Elsa also recommend restaurants and local information, we have been going to Albufeira for 5 or 6 years now and thought we knew all the nice places to eat but we tried one they recommended," O Manjar", all I will say is, we ate there 3 times that week, thank you both, the food was delicious.

I will definately be returning and would recommend this apartment.

We love Algarve because of fantastic sun, beaches and almost all year with long summer. The area and the apartment location are fantastic. Easily accessible with Faro airport less than an hour drive away.

Special interest holidays:

The Algarve is obviously noted for its beaches, golf courses and the good weather almost all year. There are many attractions to enjoy with all family. Has Fantastic water parks and Zoomarine park with the amazing dolphin show.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is 2 minutes stroll from the famous Fishermans Beach, the heart of Albufeira. Water activities are one of the main draws to Albufeira. The beaches in Albufeira were recently classified as "Accessible Beaches" meaning that beach-goers have easy access to the beach front. Many beaches have bars or restaurants on them ranging from informal open bars to sophisticated air-conditioned top quality restaurants.

Travel:

Faro airport is a 30 minute drive away. There is also an open top bus which make circuits the town regularly. Taxis are plentiful and reasonable value. A car is not necessary as the beach and Old Town are near the apartment (2 minutes walking).

Further Details:

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is perfect for a family because in 2 minutes walking you are on centre of everything. Outside: Outside there is a south facing balcony with a fantastic view over sea. We also provide two foldable lightweight sun loungers, parasols which can be used at the beaches. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and kitchen and bathroom towels will be provided and extra cleaning maid service can be arranged if required. Other: There is a south facing balcony with table and chairs for alfresco dining. We have sun loungers, that you can use it to take some sun!
