These apartments have been upgraded to a very high Standard. The apartments, situated on the ever popular and well known Paloma Beach complex, are very spacious at over sixty square metres, and each has an ample balcony. The balcony offers a partial sea view, panoramic views of the area and plenty of sun! These luxurious apartments have a whole host of mod cons, all of the necessities and many essential extras. There is a durable safety deposit box available for a small extra fee. The apartments have a large TV & DVD player, plus a selection of UK Sky satellite channels (BBC, ITV, Sky1, Sky Sports1, Sky News etc), and there is no extra cost for using these facilities! There are two large ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. In the bedroom, there are two high quality single beds which can easily be moved together or apart. Free WiFi included!

Perfect!

If you want to stay somewhere of high standard, great price and great location then this apartment is perfect. Im 24 and I treated my girlfriend on her 21st, I was hoping for somewhere private and a happy medium between quiet enough to relax together but close enough to walk for a lovely meal or quiet drink. You really wouldn't get a better place to stay in Tenerife. The apartment is immaculate, the beach is a close walk, there is a supermarket seconds from the apartment with fresh food whenever you need it and the resort itself is great.

If you want the perfect holiday this is the place to book.

Lovely apartment

Modern apartment, spotlessly clean on arrival. Comfortable living area with large TV. Kitchen well equipped. Large bedroom with comfy beds. Ample storage space and ceiling fan to keep room cool. Apartment situated on the1st floor with partial sea views and easy access to the pool and main entrance. The pool area was also lovely, busy but always managed to get a sunbed at any time of day. Sunbeds 2 euros to hire. The complex is situated towards the end of Los Cristianos but a 2 minute walk takes you down onto the promenade where you can walk for miles. A 10-15 min walk takes you in to the main square with lots of eating places and shops. Hope to stay in this apartment again.

Great apartment

Just got back from a week at this great apartment. We've stayed a few times before and are never disappointed. Always get help and good advice from Dave and Vaidas. A spacious and comfy place to stay and love the new pool. Would fully recommend.

A great base for a great holiday

We had a short break before Christmas and were very happy with our choice. A lovely apartment in a lovely complex with a great pool. The apartment was definitely a cut above many others we've stayed at with lots of nice touches and very comfortable. My thanks to Dave and Vaidas who were very helpful.

Perfect place to stay

This was a surprise trip for my partner and didn't disappoint. Dave was a big help in arranging our stay and gave us some great tips on things to do around the island. Our apartment was ready on time despite us arriving before lunchtime and was everything I had hoped it would be. An excellent kitchen and dining area, comfortable bedroom and spacious lounge area. The complex was lovely and quiet and not too far to walk to lots of shops, restaurants cafes and bars. A great pool with a nice little bar/cafe on site too.

Modern quality holiday appartments

Stayed at this holiday apartment complex well over 15 years and have been delighted to have found Dave O'Hara and his team that manage 6 luxury apartments on this complex. It is local to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is a well run bar and well maintained pool and surrounding areas. The apartments are spotlessly clean. There are lifts to all floors so not a problem if you have disabilities. We have already booked for 2017.

Location

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The complex is situated approx 200 yards from the seafront and is virtually front line. There is a small sand/rocky beach across the road from the complex. The main tourist beaches are located in Los Cristianos Harbour 10 mins walk. The larger Las Vistas beach is about 15 mins walk around the next bay beyond the harbour. Both have golden sandy beaches unlike many of the black volcanic beaches found elsewhere on the island.

Travel:

The apartment is roughly 16km from Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia / TFS), the main airport serving the island. A car is not necessary for your holiday

Further Details:

The South of Tenerife has some of the best and most consistent weather in the world. In winter it averages 22 - 26 degrees, and in the summer it averages 25 - 30 degrees. It hardly ever rains along the coastline, just for a few days throughout the whole year. Go higher up the mountain, even a kilometre or two and the weather gets markedly cooler in winter and hotter in summer. For the perfect temperate weather, stick to the coastline. The Paloma Beach complex is virtually front-line to the sea and has fantastic weather year round.

Tenerife is a beautiful volcanic island which is well worth exploring. It is the highest mountain in Spanish territory and much of it is a national park. The north of the island is lush and green whilst the south dry and constantly warm. Many of the Canarians in the resorts speak very good English and they are a warm and very welcoming people.

As one of the main tourist towns in the south there is plenty to do in and around Los Cristianos.

Paloma Beach holds a valid license for tourist accommodation, as required by local laws. Outside: There is a lovely little bar / restaurant situated near the large, heated pool, and the complex also has a children’s pool area. There is night time security and a lifeguard during the day. There is easy access parking and Paloma Beach is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre.
