The apartment complex is well situated just a short walk from the centre of Santa Ponsa and surrounded by numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is live entertainment every night during the summer, just a few minutes walk away in 'The Square' and of course, there are numerous night clubs in the centre of Santa Ponsa. In addition to the main beach of Santa Ponsa there are several smaller bays and coves in the vicinity. The apartment comprises one bedroom with twin beds, toilet/shower room, kitchenette, lounge and balcony.

Booking Notes:
Please check availability calender before enquiring. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. Balance of payment to be made no later than 8 weeks prior to travel. Payment can be made directly to bank account or by cheque - details of both on booking form. Terms and conditions apply - details on booking form. Unfortunately, due to misuse of the apartment and its contents by previous clients, a Security Bond (SB) of £150 is applicable and is returnable on departure after our agent has checked that no damage has been done and/or excessive cleaning is not required.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible, with arrival time of 14.00 and departure time of 10.00. However, these times can only be flexible, where possible, by prior arrangement.

Notes on prices:
Prices are bases on 2 sharing. An additional £40 per person, per week or part thereof, will apply for 3rd and 4th occupants. A Security Bond (SB) of £150 is applicable and returnable only on inspection of the apartment, after departure.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is suitable for couples and families only and is non-smoking. However, ashtrays are provided and guests are requested to smoke only on the balcony or front passageway. Long term winter rentals are available as are monthly winter rentals. These will carry an electricity supplement. The apartment will be clean for arrival and sufficient laundry supplied for duration of stay but no other cleaning services will apply. Beach towels are not supplied for winter rentals. Outside: The outdoor swimming pool is communally used and the cafeteria/restaurant/bar serves the area. There are steps leading into the sea to allow swimming from the rocks and a small, pebbly beach is situated close to the pool area. The gardens surround the area and consist of typical Mediterranean plants and cacti. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned for arrival with bed linen and towels provided -one beach towel per person is also provided. Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis or after 5 days for a stay of 10/11 nights.
