Most enjoyable stay
Had the opportunity to stay in Milton Cottage at the beginning of May during a sunny spell. Easy to follow instructions to the cottages front door. Small tidy courtyard completely safe for our dog with table and chairs for outside dining. The owners had thoughtfully provided a hamper of tea and biscuits and milk in the fridge which was so welcome after our long journey. Comfortable beds. I was initially concerned about the steepness of the stairs as we were visiting with my parents aged 79 and 83.... But both managed comfortably. Lots of lovely walks and a well stocked village shop. Will be back.
Beautiful cosy cottage
We had a great time at Milton Cottage, from first enquiry right through to check out time, Judith and Gloria made the whole experience easy and an absolute pleasure.
The cottage is well located for many local attractions and is very well equipped with almost everything you think you need, the woodburning fire was a particular favourite of ours and made the evenings super cosy.
I cant wait to visit again and see the garden in its summer glory.
Thanks so much for making our stay so easy and relaxing

Relaxing Peaceful Retreat
Had a wonderful stay at Milton Cottage. Lovely cosy cottage with log fire and everything you needed so much so that I didn't want to leave! Lovely Lulworth Cove a short drive away and plenty to do in the area with a peaceful retreat to return to.Owners had thought of everything and we enjoyed a lovely welcome pack with sonething even for the dog! I would highly recommend and will no doubt return again in the future.
The cottage lived up to all expectations, loved the thatched roof and all the flowers. Well
equipped with everything you need.
Good location for all the places we visited.
The perfect getaway
The listing and photos perfectly portrayed the delightful cottage. The facilities were as described and in good working order. The cottage was clean and the flowers and welcome tray made us feel immediately at home. We were able to enjoy the peace of the little garden as well as the evening fires. The information supplied was correct and very helpful both with regard to the equipment in the cottage and the details of the surrounding area. We just loved the Village Store and the bakery in Wool.
