From the M3 the road is motorway / dual carriageway until within 4 miles of the property. Little Gables has full central heating, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large sitting / dining room with Open Fire, TV, DVD, CD player. Well equipped kitchen / snug. 30' conservatory with additional dining table leading to a spacious & secure private garden, patio, HOT TUB & BBQ. Parking for 3 cars in Drive (Off road). No smoking inside the house. Up to 2 well behaved dogs – no charge. There is a post office, shop, pub/restaurant & garden centre 5-10 minutes walk away.

Wonderful home from home

Stayed for 1 week 3 generations and had a wonderful time. The hot tub is a fantastic addition and was much used by our group.The large garden is great for children wanting to play football etc. Busy road to the front of the property but does not spoil or distract from what a wonderful cottage this is. Very well equipped and the welcome basket is a wonderful touch. We had fabulous weather and used the BBQ on more than one occasion. When we first arrived there was no gas for the BBQ but the owner Jennifer soon sorted out the problem and was very apologetic. Would highly recommend staying here, suitable for all ages and a fantastic base from which to explore from. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Cosy cottage in a great location

Little Gables is a well managed cottage near to a fabulous country park and in a great location for exploring the south coast. The property was very clean and there was a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival. We ate in the conservatory, played in the lounge and in the evening when our children were asleep, relaxed in the hot tub. Plus a brilliant and helpful owner. Just a shame we could not have stayed longer.

Fantastic location, warm and cosy cottage

The cottage is gorgeous, very warm and cosy and lots of lovely seating areas. The Hot Tub was a real bonus, and the conservotary was a lovely addition to the space.

The cottage is situated next door to the Moors valley country park which we used frequently. And other towns are very close being so near to the A31.

A fantastic place to stay with extended family.

A very personal touch with a selection of foods on arrival. Thank you so much

Dogtastic!

A wonderful property with everything you need. Very homeley and made to feel very welcome by the owner. Two weeks here was a breath of fresh air and we shall be returning. Good dog proof garden for them to play in and a wonderful hot tub for the grown ups. Well equipped and nearby walks for the dogs. Not too far from Bournemouth and Studland beach for the dogs to race on. All in all Dog and Human tastic!

fantastic

Excellent holiday, weekend just wasn't long enough! Beautifully furnished, homely and well-equipped. Downstairs bedrooms perfect for elderly members of our party. Dogs had a brill time in the large, secure garden. Hot tub was just the best and enjoyed by 3 generations of my family. Very accommodating hosts. Perfect location for New Forest and easy drive to coast. Looking to book again soon!

A most enjoyable and relaxing stay in a charming and interesting property full marks to Jennifer and Wayne for providing for all our needs as they really

did go the extra mile and although there was some minor issues this in no way detracted from our enjoyment of the stay and everybody agreed they would definitely stay here again without question
