Traditional Stone townhouse on a no-thru road parallel to the Calvari steps. Two ensuite bedrooms (one queen, one double), and a small single in the home office. Kitchen, large dining area, sitting room, conservatory, patio, pool, terrace. Sunny patio, lemon tree and pool (approx 12x8ft). Large upstairs terrace on two levels with views over the Calvari. A much loved getaway, the house has aircon, Smart TV, fire, hi-speed internet, games, books, kitchen stocked with cooks' stuff and amenities. Fantastic house

Communication with the owner was excellent she was so helpful and answered any queries we had. The house was lovely even better than the description and perfectly located in Pollensa- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be going back!

Our stay at Ollenca

We had a great holiday. The host Sasha was so very helpful and gave us lots of tips and advice to help with our stay. The house is lovely and the pool is a welcome addition. We have stayed near Pollenca before but enjoyed being so close to the cafes and shops. Thanks again for a memorable stay. Denise, Mark, Grace and Olivia.

Great location .

We had a lovely stay in this delightful town house . Ideal location for exploring Pollença , Porto Pollença & Alcúdia . Lovely beaches nearby . Pollença is just beautiful and we loved wandering out each evening into the Old Town finding some fantastic places to eat . As previous guests have mentioned - do hire a small car as the roads are extremely narrow ! Sasha has been a lovely host with lots of helpful information and great at communicating at all times . A great stay for us , thank you very much .
