An extremely spacious open-plan modern apartment with a very large balcony and spectacular views over the marina. Perfectly situated in a quiet area on the marina front with access to a shared pool. It is just a few minutes walk to the centre where you'll find plenty of shops and lively restaurants & bars. Also within easy reach of a wide range of beaches, boat trips, an adventure park, international golf course, horse-riding, water-sports and Aqualand. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comes with a garage. There are wonderful panoramic views from just about every room. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, two double bedrooms and two lounge areas - one of which can convert to a 3rd double bedroom using the sofa bed. Other facilities include fast wireless internet, 2 x TVs, DVD player, Wii, dishwasher, microwave, washing and drying machines.

About the Owner

We bought the apartment about 6 years ago. We are a family living in Wimbledon, London but are unable to use the apartment as much as we would like! We use a Management Company based near Beziers to look after the property and manage all the bookings. It is a small business run by an English couple - Morag and Graham Hull. If you are interested in renting the apartment - you will be dealing directly with them.

Great Apartment in Fanatastic Position

Lovely spacious apartment - accurately described - clean and well maintained. Would thoroughly recommend both the property and the area to any friends /relatives. Have stayed in Cap d'Agde before and think the position of the apartment is ideal - within walking distance of nightlife (bars and restaurants) yet far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing at all times. The beach and amusements are all within walking distance .The area is also fantastic for sight seeing and within reach of Carcassonne, Sete, Montpellier, Beziers to mention a few. An apartment we hope to rent again.

Excellent accommodation

This accommodation was of a superior standard. It was was furnished, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was als well located, being close to the attractions and shops but still quiet at night.

The owner and managing agent were also friendly, helpful and available whenever we had a query.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We love C'Agde and the surrounding area. Beautiful sandy beaches within an easy walk. Everything is on your doorstep (you don't need necessarily need a car) - lots of restaurants, shops and activities within 5-10 minute walk. There is everything there to keep the whole family happy.

Activity and Interests


It's a 10-12 minute walk to a choice of lovely open sandy beaches - either side of the town. The beaches go on for miles.


The nearest airport is Beziers which is a 20 minute car journey. Car hire available from the airport. Regular bus service to Agde. Full day drive from Calais. Local bus services available. Airports also at Montpellier and Nimes less than 1 hour drive.


40 minute drive to Montpellier. 90 minute drive to Marseilles. 2.5 hour drive to Barcelona and Toulouse.

Further Details:

Shops, banks, restaurant and bars all within easy walking distance. You don't necessarily need a car for anything!

  • Notes on accommodation: The sandy beaches are a 12 minute walk away, whilst the shops, restaurants and café bars are a mere 3 minute walk away. The water bus stops outside the apartment to take you to other beaches and trips around the marina. There is also an excellent golf course nearby, Aqualand and an adventure park nearby. This is an ideal beach holiday location offering excellent night life In mid/high season. The river Herault and Canal Du Midi are both near by, you can hire your own motor boat in the marina and take them along the river and canal. The cities of Béziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne are well worth a visit. Outside: There is a shared swimming pool and front shared garden area. The swimming pool is normally fairly quiet even in high season. There are deckchairs, sun loungers, snorkels etc in our garage next to the pool available for you to use for the pool. There is a front garden area and of course, the huge balcony that comes with the appartment with the spectatcular view where you will spend a lot of your time! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen including towel, but not beach/pool towels are provided. Maid service can be provided at an additional cost Other: The very large balcony, overlooking the beautiful Marina has a large table and six chairs; dining room chairs may also be taken out there for additional seating.
