This large villa set on two floors is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday close to Benidorm, Albir and Altea. Walk straight out of one of the lounge's through the french doors to the swimming pool, relax on the sun lounges in the secluded patio garden area. Perfectly located at just 5 minutes drive from Alfaz village or Benidorm and Altea at just 8 km. Positioned just inside the Jardin de Alfaz urbanisation making it very easy to find.

great villa

just returned from a totally relaxing 5 days at this wonderful villa

As there was only 2 of us we decided to just use the lower part of the villa everything was clean smart plenty of linen and towels.

the lower kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

it was tastefully decorated and an added bonus of wifi and sat tv.

The french doors open on to a large well keep terrace with its own pool which was so crystal clear and just lovely to dip in and out as you want.the gardens around the villa are well keep and during our stay the gardener came very early to attend both the pool and garden.

Having used owners direct last year its was great to meet Mr fields again upon arrival at the villa he was there gave us directions to local village and to albir(about 10 mins walk from the villa)and directions to Benidorm

During the stay we looked around the whole villa and decided that its would great to come back with family and friends as the villa has plenty of room without being on top of each other .

if you are looking for a relaxing and chilled out holiday i can recommend this villa if your are adults or family with children as its so secure.

Special interest holidays:

This villa is located close to 2 major sporting facilities, Alfaz Del Pi 5mins drive and La Nucia 10 mins drive, complete with running tracks, tennis courts, basketball courts (indoor and outdoor), rock/wall climbing, outdoor swimming pool (Alfaz) indoor heated swimming pool (La Nucia). La Nucia now has a recently completed BMX track and Alfaz Del Pi has a local Motocross track. Two go-kart tracks are also 10 min drive away.

For those who enjoy walking, Albir has a walking route which takes you to the light house for even more spectacular views.


Albir/Altea's pebble beach is the closest at just 5 mins drive, Benidorm famous for its sandy beaches "Levante & Poniente" is 9kms away, Calpe beach is 25kms.


Alicante International airport is located at 67kms (58kms motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150kms (133kms on motorway) San Javier-Murcia airport is 146kms (134kms on motorway) AP7 motorway toll gates 5kms from the villa.

Car hire is not essential as there is a bus stop 5mins walking distance away and a call out taxi service available from the village, although car hire is highly recommended to visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.


Alfaz Del Pi walking distance. Albir 3kms. La Nucia 7kms. Altea 8kms. Benidorm 8kms. Callosa d'Ensarria 12kms. Calpe 25kms. Within a 10 km radius you have all of the Costa Blanca's main theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqua Natura, Mundo Mar and Aqualandia.

Further Details:

Alfaz village has an array of banks, restaurants and shops. Within walking distance close to the entrance of the urbanisation there is a bar/restaurant, or a 10 minute drive takes you to "Carrefour" and "La Marina" shopping centre. Alfaz has its own railway station for those who just want to explore and travel up and down the coast. Benidorm famous for its nightlife and fabulous beaches is just a few minutes drive or for a more tranquil evening "Altea's" church square is a place to visit with its selection of different cultural restaurants and spectacular views. Inland takes you to the "Castell de Guadalest" one of Costa Blanca's most famous land marks or you can visit "Fuentes del Algar" a natural waterfall located just 2kms from "Callosa d'Ensarria" both places with restaurants to make a lovely relaxing day out.

Booking Notes:
A security deposit of 300 euros is to be paid and returned on departure after inspection of the villa, a charge of 100 euros will deducted from the deposit for final cleaning. The villa should be vacated by 10.00am and new arrivals can enter after 4.00pm. By arrangement luggage can be stored so you can enjoy the last day of your holiday.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days can be flexible to suit holiday requirements. Meet & greet at the property from 9.00am till 00.00pm Other times to be discussed prior to arrival. The property has to be vacated by 10.00am and new arrivals can enter after 4.00pm.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are in Euros.
Prices include electricity and water (abusive use for heating in the winter will be charged accordingly).
An amount of 100 Euros is charged for final cleaning on departure.
Linen and towels are provided for the duration of your holiday.
A returnable security deposit of 300 Euros is to be paid on booking which will be returned after final inspection of the villa.

  • Notes on accommodation: The upstairs and downstairs of the villa can be accessed via a spiral staircase inside. The upstairs outside terrace also leads down to the pool via an external staircase. Outside: The villa is set in a 1000 sq/m plot of flat land. The drive entrance & back of the villa has professionally maintained gardens, the 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a large patio area and 4 comfortable sun lounges. A built BBQ is there to be used as also table an chairs for 4 for Al fresco dinning. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and will be changed weekly. The house will be cleaned prior to arrival and on departure.For longer stays cleaning can be arranged at a fee. Emergency contact number provided for any unforeseen problems.
