Newly built 3 bed semi detached Eco-style lodge beach house. Nestled behind the rugged cliffs you will find the peaceful development of Towan Valley and it's contemporary designed houses. Just a 5 minute walk to Porthtowan beach and local village amenities plus many other beautiful coastal walks which makes it ideal for walkers. Property provides all modern appliances throughout including flat screen TV's and free WiFi. Perfect for family holidays, weekend breaks, out of season outdoor activity breaks or just keen surfers who wish to literally walk from the property with surf board (secure storage provided) onto the beach! Lovely decking to front of property for alfresco/BBQ dining.

About Ailsa Williams

We are sisters who bought and named our beach house, 'Valentyne', in memory of our much loved Father. We live in Berkshire and Somerset respectively with our families and wanted to have somewhere to spend family holidays close to the beach.

The stunning Cornish coastline and beautiful beaches in the area made it an easy decision for us to buy our beach house. There are so many villages and towns within easy reach of Porthtowan and the area provides a plethora of activities, walks and areas of natural beauty - there really is something for everyone!

What makes this house unique

The fact that you are able to park your car and not use it for a few days really appealed to us as Porthtowan beach is literally a 5 minute walk from the beach house. Local amenities are also all within a 5-7 minute walk. Porthtowan is a lovely small surfing village situated on the North Coast which provides some of the best surfing conditions in the country. Our beach house has a contemporary feel with extensive use of wood and glass in the design. The sloping Sedum roof gives it a unique appearance and you will find it is fully equipped with all modern appliances ensuring all your needs are catered for, for a fun, relaxing and memorable holiday.
