3 bedrooms - 1 kingsize room, 1 double room and 1 twin room.

Set in a beautiful secluded location but still very close by to local attractions and amenities.

About Rachel

Jon and Viv Taylor are both surveyors who have developed barns in and around the area for some time. They also have two othe barns which have been running as a very successful holiday let business for the past 8 years with most bookings all year round by repeat bookers!

Why Rachel chose

We finished developing the barns last year with the intention of selling them all. We fell in love with number 2 and could not let it go. The others sold before we even completed the project which stands as testament to the fact it is a great location and they are beautiful barns.

What makes this barn unique

The people in the hamlet are wonderfully friendly and I let my kids wander free to see the horses, dogs,pigs,lamas!

Also Crealeys Adventure park within a minute but you would not know it was there.

"A wonderfully peaceful, gentle and cosy barn and one of our favourite places! I love the surrounding farmland, the restful view across to the little church at St. Issey and especially how amazingly quiet it is at nighttime. Sitting outside by the front garden and stargazing is a personal favourite of mine. Swallows in the daytime (during summer, of course!), bats at dusk. Still waiting for nesting owls but I have high hopes.

Don't be put off by not being right on the coast - all of our favourite beaches (Trevone, Constantine, Hawker's Cove) are no more than 20 mins away, as is the FANTASTIC Padstow Farm Shop at Crugmeer, where we pretty much get treated as locals! Another added bonus is the 3rd bedroom where, if you have young children like us, you can retreat to if your 5 year old decides he prefers your bed to his own!!!

We've been almost half a dozen times now (4 times in one year!!) and can only say very good things about it. Just don't plan on staying when we want to!!"

Outside: To the front of the unit is a sunny courtyard with a bench and flower beds , to the rear of the barn is a patio area which extends onto a grassed area and which leads onto a small paddock that we own. There is an outside table and chairs and also a BBQ. Utility Room: Hoover, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedding, bedlinen & tea towels provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
