Beautiful Views, perfect location for families!

The property is huge and provided enough space for 7 people with all the children having their own rooms.

The ground floor bedrooms provide a perfect setting for older children to have their privacy with the upper floor being well laid out for the rest of the family.

The views from the balcony, lounge and the rear bedrooms are beautiful and compensate for 'cardiac hill'!

I would recommend a car simply because of the hills leading up to the property, in reality you can easily just utilise the buses and taxis like we did and would be okay however holidaying in July/August and pushing a pram up the hill was not an ideal situation.

Sue the Property Manager was brilliant and helped us out with a pram for our holiday (we thought we wouldn't need ours) and made it clear to us she was always just at the end of the phone!

Definitely would recommend the property and location for families looking for a busy holiday destination but with the flexibility just to escape it all when you go back to the villa!

An attractive and well furnished 5 bedroom townhouse (sleeps 10) in nice quiet gated community area with superb sea views and views to the 18th tee on nearby championship golf course. South facing terrace with sun all day. Well equipped kitchen and air con throughout (coin meter) open plan lounge with dining table log fire and TV (sat) seating area DVD and radio CD player. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and the marina with its numerous shops and restaurants a 5 min drive Tivoli world for kids and Selwo sea world is also close by again a 5 min drive there is a championship golf course nearby there are bus stops within walking distance but due to the complex being elevated and approached up a hill a car is recommended or use the local taxi there is car parking inside the gated area.

Malaga airport is a 20 min drive, Gibraltar airport 1 hour drive, car recommended.


Nearest restaurants and bars are a 15 min walk or 5 min drive in a car or taxi. An excellent bus service is a 5 minute walk downhill.

Further Details:

There is lots to do and see locally both for adults and kids of all ages. The area is full of bars, restaurants and activities. Tivoli World is a family/childrens fun park in Aroya (5 mins drive). Sea World is located in the Marina (5 mins drive). There are 2 Aqua Parks (15 min drive), Selwo is a dolphinarium, sealion and penguin park (10 mins drive). Crocodile Park (15 mins drive) Butterfly Park (15 mins drive), Casino (5 mins drive). Benalamadena Puerto Marina is stunning and packed with good restaurants, bars and shops. Various watersports are available on most beaches.

Bookings are held for one week to allow payment of the non refundable 25% deposit balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to start date.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible on the changeover day but require you to arrive after 4pm and depart at 11am depending on availability. This allows for the cleaning of the property.

Notes on prices:
A £250.00 damage deposit will need to be paid which will be refunded within 14 days if no damage or loss of property is found.
A £75.00 cleaning surcharge is payable for all bookings.

There is a fantastic pool area which although shared is very seldom busy even in the peak season and also some beautiful beaches within a few miles for the more adventurous Gibraltar is about an hours drive or the lovely hillside village of Mijas about 30 mins drive
