This 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms is fully equipped and furnished for use all year round, gas central heating, AC in lounge and main bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, SAT tv, wifi. Located in the same building is the Denia Centro de Fitness centre, with heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, pilates, yoga, gym, cafeteria, all you can need to keep fit. Membership is included in the rental price. This is not a holiday / tourist located apartment, it is in a residential area of the town of Denia, within walking distance of the centre of town, the famous Loreto tapas street, loads of bars and restaurants, plus supermarkets and shops, no need for a car. Perfect to get away for a couple of days of even some winter months. The owner lives close by and can assists with any need you may have.

My name is Miles Turner and I have lived and worked in this area of Spain all my life, my parents moved here in the early 70's and we run a small family business dedicated to building and services. I manage this villa on behalf of the owners,so you will enjoy the benefit of having somebody near by to solve any of those problems that may occur during your visit.

Very High Standard!

We have just returned after a very enjoyable stay in Denia.

The apartment was perfect, very comfortable, spotless and has everything you need. Miles who looks after the the apartment was very helpful and on hand if anything required.

The location was perfect, plenty of parking around the apartment (we hired a car) and a short walk to Tapas alley and the seafront/marina. Fantastic choice of restauarunts in Denia, highly recommend Ticino (part of El Rasat Hotel).

Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Sunshine

Apartment had all we needed for a lovely stay over Christmas. Kids loved the swimming pool and I loved chilling out in Sauna and Spa.

Denia is a very nice Spanish town with lots of lovely shops, eateries (crepes at La Dolce Vita in the square sampled on a regular basis) and a nice beach with various parks dotted around. Husband thought the area was great for cycling!

Transfers to and from airport were great, courtesy of Miles.

Enjoyable and interesting stay

Just back from staying here in Denia. The apartment is great - everything you need for self-catering, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Big plus is the washing machine and tumble drier (will cut down on baggage next time) and free membership of the fitness club in the same block. We swam most days and had the pool to ourselves. Location is on the edge of town, but you can walk to the beach, castle or shops within 20 minutes. Lovely walk from the port to Les Rotes, ferry across the port itself and boat trips to Javea, so plenty of interesting things to do and see. Bring walking boots if you want to be more adventurous. Would definitely stay here again. And as previous reviews have mentioned, Miles is very helpful.

Immaculate Apartment

This apartment is very spacious, very clean with all the equipment you will need for a fabulous holiday. The use of the fitness centre which has a lovely pool is an added bonus. There are supermarkets very close by and a short walk into Denia gives you access to a myriad of fabulous shops. There is a big market on a Monday which is always worth a visit. The beach is an easy walk and at most takes 20 minutes. 5 minutes walk and you have loads of Tapas bars.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owner and the airport transfer service he offers is excellent value for money.

We will definitely be back, a very relaxing week.

Little gem of an apartment

Fantastic apartment, with an owner who couldn't do enough to help, he even printed and hand delivered our boarding passes for our return journey home, and we all know how great Ryan Air are when you don't do that, right? Felt at home straight away, the apartment has everything you could need, and I could quite easily live there all year round. Questioning why I am writing this review, as I would always opt to stay here again if I was in the area and would hate it to be fully booked! Owner will happily pick you from the airport and you can manage fine without a car once there if hiring a car is not your thing.Full use of the gym downstairs too, which we really enjoyed, supermarket handy, shops close by, not to far to walk to the beach, for the price this was by far one of the best holiday apartments I've booked. Will be back!

The Denia beach, harbour and yachts clubs are a 15 min walk away, or a 3 minute drive.


Easy access to Denia from either Alicante or Valencia airports, either by rent a car, or if you dont want a car we can arrange pick up from the airport. Plus the bus station is only a 10 min walk.


Both Alicante and Valencia airports are 1 hours drive away approx 100 km.
