The open plan living area compromises a sitting room with solid oak flooring, double glazed windows with outstanding views of Porthmeor beach towards The Island and Man's Head. The Kitchen/dining room has tiled floors with views again of the sea and a stable door opening onto the court yard area. The 3 bedrooms are all carpeted. The main bathroom is tiled with large shower and stand alone bath. The galleried sitting room with balcony has elevated views of the beach and sea. There is also a spacious wet room located as you come in from the end of the long days on the beach, which includes a large shower area and spa bath.

Superb Location – Great Beech - Lovely Co

Family stayed here for half term May 2014, we know St Ives and expectations were high and the cottage lived up to those expectations. You will not get a better location in St Ives. Right on Porthmeor beech, a few steps to the beech whilst only a couple of minutes’ walk right into the heart of St Ives. Superb Café opposite.

Right on Porthmeor beach, a glorious sandy beach, popular in summer but also providing year-round entertainment for surfers with spectacular sunsets. The Beach cafe and surf school are also located here.
