House located in quiet area of villas near the beach, 8 minutes walk from the historical centre of Cascais. 3 Bedroom/3 WC, salon with double sofa bed, Kitchen, large Outdoor Space for meals, sunbathing, relax...barbecue.The train station with good links to Estoril (5 minutes), Lisbon (30 minutes) and regular bus links to Sintra. The Cascais Marina is a landmark with good restaurants and bars. It is advised the restaurants along the road to Guincho, particularly Furnas do Guincho and Monte Mar (low cost, excellent service, ambience and fantastic panoramic sea views. Free bike rental in Cascais, there is a long bike path long maritime coast of Cascais to Guincho beach. Wide variety of beaches from Carcavelos (surf) to Estoril, Cascais and Guincho (surfing, Kite- surfing and windsurfing). We live in Cascais. We have 3 sons and 2 grand children. My wife and I are from Cascais and both work.

We love Cascais because of the fantastic facilities in the area and where we always feel like being on holiday There are some beautiful beaches and downtown and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Lisbon airport less than 30 minutes drive away.

The property is just 5 minutes walk from the sand white beaches. We provide beach towels.

Perfect holiday home for family. We stayed for 10 days. The apartment is well looked after, and everything is clean an tidy. It's equipped with everything you can need. The best of all was the owners that live upstairs, they are really nice people and did everything to make sure that we were OK and didn't miss anything. About location, it's only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Cascais with shopping and the nearby beaches. We had several meals at the apartment and there is a grocery store (Jumbo) on the way back from the city centre.

Wonderful property with lots of amenities

We are two couples who have traveled together for many years and always stayed at apartment/house rentals. This property was one of the best as it was exactly as pictured. The property was well equipped with towels, soap, kitchen supplies and even towels to use at the beach. The property was very clean and well maintained we enjoyed sitting outside and our on,y regret is that we did not have sunshine to use the sun loungers. The owners were very responsive to all emails and even picked us up at the train station as well as giving us a welcome bottle of wine. The owners also arranged for excellent transport to the airport. We would recommend this property to friends or relatives. We enjoyed a day trip to Sintra while there and bicycling along the coast.

Great Apartment, Great Location

A spacious and well located apartment in a quiet area, close to "downtown" Cascais but with its own neighbourhood even closer, with a good selection of local café/bars and a few restaurants (try O Mastro) for a more Portuguese feel.

The listing description is accurate and, if anything, undersells the appeal of the property. It was very clean and well equipped and felt like home.

The owners , Fernando and Maria jose, were very friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to saying goodbye at the end of a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The transfer they organized was also excellent. We would happily recommend this property and would love to return ourselves.

well maintained, clean and convenient property

The property was ideal for family group including two teenagers, as it allowed younger members of the group some independence, with easy access to town and beach facilities, as well as excellent public transport connections, with bus and train stations a short walk away. We enjoyed meeting Fernando and Maria, who were very helpful hosts.

Very Nice Apartment

We have just retuned from a very enjoyable weeks stay here. The apartment is situated about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Cascais. It is very well maintained, has plenty of room, nice outside areas and a well equipped kitchen. The owners Maria and Fernando are very friendly and accommodating and always happy to help and answer questions. Highly recommended, Many thanks!

Great Location

We spent two lovely weeks in this very clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment is spacious with lots of outside areas for catching the sun at different times of the day. The owners Maria and Ferdinand were lovely people and made us very welcome. Booking the apartment was very easy and everything was as described on the listing. The apartment is very centrally located to all amenities. Bus, train, shops, restaurants and beach were all a short walk away. We also took advantage of the transfer service which was very reliable.

We will definitely return to Cascais and this lovely apartment.

Comfortable apartment in a great location!

We loved this apartment in Cascais. There were six of us and it accomodated all of us very comfortably. We only cooked once but found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Enjoyed having the wifi available. The outdoor areas were nice for relaxing. The owners were extremely nice. Cascais is a beautiful city...we loved our six nights there. Thank you!
