The townhouse is on two levels, upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, with balcony and new bathroom en suite and 3 twins with a shared bathroom and shower which has been upgraded. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and roomy. On the ground floor is a large open plan lounge and dining room, kitchen and downstairs toilet/shower. There is a large private enclosed garden with a separate patio area with table and chairs covered with a pergola for shade and grassed area for sun loungers and a built in BBQ. There are five communal swimming pools (one children's pool by the beach). There are full reception facilities with internet available and gated parking. There are three poolside restaurants and a piano bar for late drinking. There is a mini-market on site and hairdresser plus 24 hour patrolled security in the summer. Villacana has twice won 'Gardens of the Year' contest.

Coast/Beach:

A few minutes flat walk to Cancelada beach which is sandy and sunbeds are available to rent. There are long walks in either direction and beach bars to visit.

Travel:

The nearest Airport is Malaga with is 65 kms away. This is a 45 minute drive. Car hire is not essential and taxi fares are approx 80 Euros each way. Alternatively there is Gibraltar airport which is a similar distance.

Distances:

The distance to Marbella is 14 kms, Estepona 8 Kms, Puerto Banus 7 kms, San Pedro 5kms and walking distance to the delightful little village of Cancelada.

There is a mini market on site and large supermarkets within 5-10 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Nearby there is Horse Riding, Water Skiing, Deep Sea Fishing, Championship Golf Courses, Amusement and Water Parks.

Villacana is situated on the beach and is between San Pedro and Estepona on the main coast road the N 7 which runs straight to Malaga and Gibraltar. It is in easy reach of Puerto Banus and Marbella. Cancelada village is opposite the complex within easy walking distance and has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
