Our apartment is south facing with sun all day long, comprising of 94 square mtrs in total.with easy access no stairs to climb.

The apartment is one double bedroom and one twin,lounge/dining area/kitchen also has views of the Sea.

These apartments are situated in a residential block on the 5th / 6th floor with two lifts servicing all floors. The block is secured with an entry phone system ample spare keys for clients. We have two and three bedroom apartments available both with breath taking unobstructed sea views. A small shop and bar on the ground level. A short walk through historical Nerja lanes lead to the heart beat of Nerja 'Balcon De Europa'

Hello and thank you for taking a look around our home. My wife and I, along with our 2 children holidayed in Nerja some 30 odd years ago and have never looked back. We loved it so much we just had to stay. We love the hot summers and warm winters here. Why not book a visit, and come see what all the fuss is about.....

Why Solly chose Nerja

We visited many towns and villages around Spain but didn't have to look any further once we hit Nerja. We knew straight away Nerja was for us. We were blessed to have found our apartment and with such a lovely view.

What makes this apartment unique

Walk across the road from the apartment and down some steps and you're on the beach. The town centre is a short walk away (5mins). The apartment has fantastic views from the lounge balcony overlooking the sea. On a good day you will see the dolphins jumping out of the water.

Walking to town 4 to 5 minutes walking to the beach which does include stairs 2 minutes driving to the beach 3 to 4 minutes

Driving From the port of Bilbao will take approximately 10 hours. From Malaga airport 45 minutes, no car is required for this apartment and there is also a very cheap bus service from the airport or we can arrange a taxi.

Booking Notes:
Deposit of 25% must be paid on booking and the balance 28 days prior to the date your booking starts

Changeover Day:
We would prefer Saturday arrivals and departures, but any day is negotiable.
The apartment can be occupied after 2pm on arrival and must vacated prior to 10am on day of departure. Any variation to be confirmed at time of booking.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is more of a home than a holiday apartment comfortable with easy access, good views for those who prefer to watch the world go buy and local to shops bars etc without the noise of living in central town. Outside: Outside the block is a small cafeteria and shop selling just the basic milk bread etc. Further up the there is a main supermarket selling all types of food from the UK and europe.

A view to die for..

This apartment has a view from its balcony to die for. The view is stunning taking in pretty Spanish red roof

tiled houses, a plaza 'Mirador del Bendito', palm trees, cliffs, the sea, passing boats, water parachute skiers, flying army planes and also the pretty restaurants and shop filled Carebeo Street that leads to Nerja town centre and onto the Balcon de Europa which is a place of outstanding beauty.

This apartment has two balconies, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and lounge integrated and separated by a kitchen

bar.

This is a typical Spanish apartment with an antique looking china cabinet full of drinking glasses, lovely wooden

table and chairs to accommodate hungry holiday makers at tea time. It has a cool tiled floor essential when it is

blazing hot outside and an oscillating electric stand fan.

It has a full kitchen with all the necessary equipment for those in a cooking mode.

The bathroom is clean and modern and has an efficient shower.

The apartment has a flat iron and ironing board, a gas heater, hot water, bottle gas and electric oven, plates, cutlery, pots and pans for the self caterer.

The settee set is very worn but nothing that cannot be improved by throwing a couple of colourful bedspreads

over them.

The flat is by a roundabout in a sometimes busy road and this is surrounded by typically Spanish sounds of cars,

coaches and people living their daily lives. Once inside the apartment the outside hubbub did not bother us.

Most people in Spain live in flats surrounded by the general hurly-burly of life.

We slept without any problems. In all we enjoyed our stay immensely.

This is not a five star apartment but then the price is not five star either.

Give this one a miss

The sea view was tremendous, you couldn't get any better, but that was perhaps the only real plus and hence the 1 star.

The apartment itself was tired and not very clean, we didn't expect to be washing dishes or cleaning the loo before being able to use them. It really needs a good clean right through, and updating with some aircon and double glazing. The bathroom has been done, it's a shame about the rest of the property, particularly the kitchen!

The worst problem however was the noise. The apartment is in a mix of residential and holiday apartments built right on a busy roundabout with constant traffic noise, vehicle horns sounding and engines revving to get up the hill. Directly below the main bedroom window is a (full width of the road) drain, similar to a cattle grid, which clangs with the passing of traffic. As I said, it's constant. Then there is the noise from inside the block, dogs barking, doors banging, general inconsiderate neighbours, and perhaps worst of all... pumps to increase water pressure in the apartments, that sound like builders drilling!!! This happens every time somebody flushes the loo or runs a tap, and it echoes through the central atrium of the apartment block. I don't think we had a decent nights sleep while we were there.

Sorry but if you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful break, give this one a miss.
