Our 3 bedroom apartment is south facing with sun all day long, comprising of 94 square mtrs in total.with easy access no stairs to climb.
The apartment is two double bedrooms and one twin,lounge/dining area/kitchen also has views of the Sea.
These apartments are situated in a residential block on the 5th / 6th floor with two lifts servicing all floors. The block is secured with an entry phone system ample spare keys for clients. We have two and three bedroom apartments available both with breath taking unobstructed sea views. A small shop and bar on the ground level. A short walk through historical Nerja lanes lead to the heart beat of Nerja 'Balcon De Europa'
Hello and thank you for taking a look around our home. My wife and I, along with our 2 children holidayed in Nerja some 30 odd years ago and have never looked back. We visited many towns and villages around Spain but didn't have to look any further once we hit Nerja. We knew straight away Nerja was for us. We were blessed to have found our apartment and with such a lovely view.
Walk across the road from the apartment and down some steps and you're on the beach. The town centre is a short walk away (5mins). The apartment has fantastic views from the lounge balcony overlooking the sea. On a good day you will see the dolphins jumping out of the water.
We have regulars who return to us each year including some long term clients who have up to 5 months in the winter
This is the third time we have booked a stay with Solly and have had lovely time each visit. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Solly is a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome. The bar downstairs is a little noisy at times but only because people are enjoying themselves and this didn't spoil our stay. We would recommend the apartment to others.
arrived on Saturday lunchtime,solly was there to greet us nice lady,got the keys apartment was nice and clean,unpacked and off we went,close to resturants bars shops,nice little bar/restaurant right below the apartment very handy and little shop for essentials,and the cove in the picture was great for a nice swim not too crowded,would return. family of five..thanks solly for a great time regard will simmons...
My wife and I stayed at 45 Bahia in Nerja at the end of June 2105, a centrally located 2 bedroomed property situated on the 5th floor, with all outside windows overlooking or partially overlooking the very attractive beach of Carrabeillo ( just off the busy Calle Carabeo with lovely shops and restaurants –‘ little Italy’ the pizza place being incredible value)
The apartment was very well equipped with plenty of space, lots of books, games , a television and two small balconies to chase the sun during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and my husband swam every morning in the tempting sea across the road. The apartment is a great price and a lovely comfortable place to stay. It is definitely someone’s home and thus is full of personal possessions, so if you are looking for typical hotel accommodation this may not be for you. We however will certainly return and found our hosts more than welcoming and helpful.
First off I would like to say I'm only giving 1 star as there is no option to leave less and that I've used owners direct 9 times and on this occasion I found this apartment appalling from the moment I walked in!!! And I was there for two weeks. From the start I found kitchen doors falling off, tv cabinet doors falling off, dirty fridge, it reminded my of a worn out caravan. Yes the views are good but it does not make up for the rest of the apartment. On day 3 we ran out of hot water I phoned john and he told me the apartment does not come with gas!!!! And then said he would pay for a gas bottle but I needed to source one from over the road but, this proved harder than it sounds, the rest of our holiday we spent with no cooking hob or hot water so cold showers for my 4 year old witch was not good! Also washing machine didn't work again I told john and he said the cleaner would sort it out I waited in all morning for engineer and no show, 4 days later I got a message from johns daughter saying engineer on route so I headed back to the apartment but still no show. The apartment is very very noisy at night though to about 7 am! Also the extracted fan didn't would but as we had no gas hob working this was not a problem.
